She asked me to move my car and I told her I would be only 8 seconds and gone. Well, this only ticked her off and then she got that "Karen" attitude as she informed me I was over the line, to which I replied You don't have to be a "Karen" about this I'm only going to be eight seconds. This ticked her off royally and "...maybe I was 11 seconds" but as I'm backing out to leave, out comes her camera with the fanatical attitude that she had caught me in a major criminal activity, as she raised her phone triumphantly and yelled something like "I got it!!!" As a former Corporate Executive, I find this kind of attitude and activity of an employee appalling and bad for business. I would never do business with an organization that doesn't value their potential customer base! There are other tax service businesses in our area, my suggestion is choose another!

Jonathan and Hunter were really great to work with. They even went out of their way and fixed a pre-existing scratch, which made me really happy.
