Called them up to ask for a status or ETA and they took my info and went to "call the dispatcher" to get back to me. Two hours later, having still not gotten back to, I call them again for an ETA for them to tell me that the location is "too far for their driver". So, why didn't they tell me that the week prior after we already went over the drop off location, multiple times? After all that, the rep gives me a competitor's contact information, who then wants to charge nearly $300 more that the initial invoice to fulfil the timeframe I needed in the first place.
