Top notch service, from start to finish! Angel and George said they could arrive before the arrival…read morewindow and arrived gave an estimate which was entirely reasonable. They were total pros, friendly, fast, and efficient. The easiest and smartest way to get rid of your clutter, without a doubt. Highest possible recommendation!

I hired Junk Luggers to remove four pieces of furniture from a single room. They charged $265 for…read moretwo pieces -- roughly 10 minutes of work carrying items to the curb. The full job would have been $400 for about 15 minutes of labor. When I objected, the work was already partially done, which is exactly how this pricing model works: by the time you understand what you're being charged, items are already at the road and you're negotiating from a losing position. Here's what I want every potential customer to understand: their pricing is based on volume, not effort. A bulky item that could be dismantled into a small pile in five minutes gets billed as a full bulky item. Dismantling furniture is trivial for a company that does this all day -- but they will not volunteer to do it, because bulk is how they charge you more. Before you book them or anyone like them: Ask if any item can be dismantled -- then do it yourself first. A disassembled bed frame or desk costs a fraction of an intact one. Get the total price in writing before a single item is touched. Do not let work begin on a verbal ballpark. Get quotes from 1-800-GOT-JUNK, local independent haulers, or your town's bulk pickup -- many municipalities take furniture at the curb for free or a small fee. I later called to discuss the charge and never received a call back, which tells you how much they value customers after the credit card clears. $265 for 10 minutes. Do the math on that hourly rate and decide for yourself.

I have heard a lot of homeowners organize for a move. This company said estimate and take SAME day…read moreso I scheduled animals & family to be out of house. They showed late (no call in advance like they promise) but I still approved price bc that wasn'ta deal breaker. They said ok we will start in half hour? Called the boss he said ok. They left to "empty truck for 20 minutes" still and 2 hours later no call or come back. DO NOT USE. And it wasn't cheap either

Wow where to start with this "company". Long story short I found one source last minute from a…read moregoogle search. I was moving and had to dump about 3 garbage bins full of stuff. Two guys came over and quoted me at $200 (which was expensive for the amount I was throwing away, but I didn't have many last-minute options). They took it all, I paid in cash, and thought all was ok until I received a receipt saying I paid $150 when I really paid $200. Obviously it looked like the guys pocketed $50 and only reported $150 being taken for the job. I called 3 times to bug them about what happened. The owner called back after the 3rd call. I'm not even sure where to start with this guy...it was like speaking to an over emotional 12 year old boy. He was extremely agitated from the start of the call...almost acting like I was bothering him from his extremely important daily tasks as the owner of a junk removal company. He claimed that the missing $50 was stolen from him and not me...even though he was the one who sent me the receipt? Now back to the 12 year old personality, he started yelling every time I tried to talk. I then stopped talking and he went on some weird screaming rant that seemed like gibberish. He did this until I finally put him on speaker so everyone around me can hear this guy have a meltdown on the phone. He must have gotten embarrassed because he immediately hung up the phone on me. The owner needs some serious help and I'm sorry for anyone who has to deal with him or his company. Avoid this place like the plague.

After 2 weeks of no service I called and was told my service had been suspended for non payment. I called 4 times before anyone called me back. They stated that one robo call was made to a no longer working # about the suspension. They verified my email address but did not have the courtesy to have someone make an effort to contact me after years of being a customer. They just stopped coming. Stay away from them. I am having to spend way to much time to prove that the payments were in fact made.

My local contractor was able to match their very low $15/mo service and my husband didn't want to change from their reliable service, so I asked Win Waste to take back their receptacle before our first pickup a year ago. They did remove their receptacle immediately and I thought that was the end of that. I continued to receive their printed newsletter/advertising and an occasional invoice over the year and told them I didn't have their service-I thought I was getting a bill accidentally because I was on a mailing list for their newsletters. However, at the beginning of the year, I got another bill (of course with STILL not having their receptacle at all our residence) and waited 2-3 months as I was going on a trip and could not deal with that issue. After returning from my trip, I called to find out more about their service and thought I might try them again but I was still undecided and wanted to know if my original contractor would be able to match their service price. My longterm contractor couldn't match it, and could only give us a senior discount. I discovered that they pretty much do the same thing as Win Waste, as a local family business, and they were not owned by a hedge fund. I realized I'd rather help a local family business over a hedge fund or private equity firm. I was especially turned off when I called Win Waste and told them I decided to stay with my local contractor, they then told me that because my service was never "cancelled" it would go to collection! REALLY! There hadn't even been a receptacle at our residence for over a year--how can they even provide a billable service? Obviously something is wrong with their system, because when they picked up the receptacle last year, they should have marked our address as CANCELED!!! I am waiting to hear back from their manager on Monday. Hopefully they will straighten this out as a system issue...it was almost as bad as working with AI, but this was a real person saying it's my fault one of their staff never marked our account as canceled once they picked up the receptacle early last year!!!
