Wow just drove all the way here from Copperopolis. Called and was told they close at 10. Arrived at 9:52 and was now told by security that we could not go in so I called Stephany back and was told we took longer that 5 mins. It was because security told us we could not go in. I go inside pick two 8ths after the lady tried to show me some dry looking bud but already had a good idea what I was getting so that didn't bother me then saw they had clones for sale so I go and look at the clones and say I want the runts clone and she picks one mind you all the clones in the front looked good and healthy then she to the counter with a clone with 2 node sights and burnt tips. I really do hate doing this. I feel it needs to be said. The staff was very rude insulted me called me a liar and screwed up my discount sent me 3 different receipts charged me more on some receipts less on others. I Called for verification of correct total so I could have cash for delivery driver and was put on hold for a manager, which I didn't even request. Immediately then was talked down to saying I didn't understand her explanation after she repeatedly cut me off from explaining my confusion. All I wanted was the correct total and eta. Manager was rude Lizzy was nice but mentioned she didn't know how to apply a certain discount, fine. Then said that discount doesn't apply to deliveries. Funny I've only done business with you guys thru deliveries and have always used cash reward this way. But o.k. Maybe policy changed. That's no reason to then not apply my military discount and change my total from 78$ to 102$. Its your system is your discount your job to do proper functions not apply earned discount because you don't know how to. So what was 78$ became 102$ then 94$ because she wanted to give me 20% off my total to make sure "We are cool"... which was still 16$ more than the original total. Nah I'm not cool & My wife was very upset with the service, she heard it all on speaker and was visibly frustrated from the lack of professionalism and refusal to apologize for their behavior. Nevermind the pricing issue. After a year of supporting them we probably won't be back. Sadly this Vet will support other business before I give them another dollar. read more
