We handed the hat over and the employee took it out of the bag and immediately stated we could not do an exchange or return because of the condition the hat was in. I'm confused because there is absolutely nothing wrong with the hat. I asked him what the issue was and he said there is a dent on the hat there's no dent at all the hat still has the price tag and stickers on it. The employees were very rude and handed the hat back and continued their conversation as if no one was in the store. I will never be shopping here again. Very unprofessional and not helpful.

Long story short, the very nice and patient sales lady helped us find the proper size and color suit, vest, pants, shirt and tie, and everything cost us a third of what it would have cost us at the other stores! We would have gladly paid double what the store charged because the customer service was exceptional and amazing. Thank you Pheroni and the very helpful sales lady (whose name we did not get) for making my daughters first experience at prom clothes buying a memorable one.
