Terrible Service and Attitude I had a really frustrating experience here. My wife walked in to buy a product that was listed at one price online, but ended up being charged significantly more in-store. On top of that, they added tax even though she paid cash and even left a tip, which didn't sit right with us. The worst part was the customer service. I went back in within 3 minutes to return the product, and they flat-out refused. The short girl manager was extremely dismissive, with a bad attitude and zero professionalism. No effort to help, no explanation--just rude and unhelpful. To make things worse, the exact same product is $20 cheaper at Flavors right up the street. Save yourself the hassle and go there instead. read more

This place is great! The service is top notch and they have a wonderful selection to choose from. I love that they only allow a certain amount of people in to shop as it makes the experience more personal and you dont feel rushed. Everyone here is super nice, including their security guards! Came here 4 times and 2 out of the 4 times, he's here causing nothing but problems, very uneducated and argumentative .He's unaware of ANY deals and for December 24 & 25 50% off store wide, stated "that's full price". First timer came with me and didn't get anything for it. He definitely needs to be given more information for the job he has.
