Steve was great to work with every phase of the job from start to finish. Steve is honest, straightforward, and attentive. We could not have been pleased. We had several companies bid the job. Shaw was very competitive, very prompt & responsive. In my opinion he clearly stood out from the other companies we contacted. His crew did a beautiful job installing the new roof and gutter guards. It still leaked, they came back out and said some flashing had come up and they fixed it but said I needed Ty-Par paper behind siding that supposedly wasn't there. I had someone else get on roof to see what the problem is. Extreme put the flashing behind another piece when it was supposed to go on top and their way of fixing the flashing was taking a soda can, caulking it, and sticking it to my roof to use as flashing when they were short. I also had someone remove my siding and there is Ty-Par paper. So, they were going to charge me for yet another job that I clearly didn't need and a soda can will not fix a leak! They will take your money and not be honest!
