Definitely recommended as the people are very nice and accommodating especially to our little girl. They give updates once requested as well to help reassure pet owners with photos and videos along with it. Plus points for accommodating me and my husband on short notice when I had to go to the ER due to a medical emergency. Definitely we will board our dog more whenever necessary with them.

Their BS excuse is that they do not have night staff. What? Do they think I stay up all night watching my dog because he is getting elderly? Other side of the coin: obviously I would not be so upset about this if I did not think he got excellent care there over the years. But to all of a sudden age him out like old trash is disgusting.
