Constantly making it more dangerous and difficult for us. Not to mention the dead kittens that I've already complained about to the clinic that the continue to ignore. Now their employee that not only parks the wrong direction, and in the road on a frequent basis, hit my trashcan right in front of me. When she got out she just stared at me, I waved, and she stomped off. Didn't pick up my trash can, didn't wave, didn't apologize or acknowledge her rude behavior. The day before I told her that her car was parked the wrong direction and she might want to move it so she doesn't get a ticket. She stood there and listened, and then just stomped off. Other than standing there and listening, she didn't other wise acknowledge me. I'm tired of being disrespected, having my property abused. I was polite to this women every single time. This clinic does not care about the community, respect and they do not care about the diseased cats and dead kittens that their clinic attracts. They just leave them to suffer in the abandoned house next to their parking lot. I've had to have the city involved multiple times over this and I Will continue to report the sick animals that keep turning up and being neglected. It's very unfortunate that when I attempted multiple times to work WITH the clinic, they not only refused, but tried to push blame back on me. Despite the fact that this issue predates my residence here. And they killed my dog by giving him Unnecessary enimas until he died. Slapped me with a big ol big for it too after they misdiagnosed him and killed him. Now their balcony overlooks his grave. I spent thousands of dollars there just for them to be hateful and abusive to our community. I wanted to move on from this situation, I let it go. I've been kind to the people who park in front of my trash cans, who block up my driveway, prevent my utilities. All from their clinic. But they KEEP doing stuff. No changes, no accountability, no communication, no kindness. If you want me to let it go, stop disrespecting my property. This is ridiculous to continue to be mistreated after we already did a claim with the BBB.

One of the standout features for me is their use of webcams, which allowed me to check in on my dog any time during the day. Being able to watch my pup, Randy, running around and playing gave me such peace of mind. It's so reassuring to see Randy happy and having a great time while I'm away. The staff here is amazing--kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They treat each dog like their own, ensuring that every pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and rest. Like I said - they're the best. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. It's clear they go above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners are comfortable. When I picked up Randy, he was happy, healthy, and maybe even a little sad to leave all his new friends! She reacted with a terrible shudder. Yes. It was shocking to bother her and me!!! That med should have NEVER been pushed . Meds are not pushed when it's a human patient! And then she died in my arms. NEVER ever have I been through such an experience when other precious lives were helped to cross over the bridge. This is why I do not and will not ever take another of my previous babes to this veterinary hospital. Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.

My only complaint is that when we picked our babies up my girls butt was caked in poop. Dried and fresh. This is a HUGE no in my book. I recieved texts during their interview when my boy threw up and text during their boarding that she had a little blood in her stool. I was never informed that she had poop stuck in her fur on her butt. I would have happily paid extra for them to wash her butt off or even do a grooming bath service. I think it is absolutely unacceptable to send someone's dog home with their bottom covered in poop.
