I called up set and complained. when I got home and spent 4 hours unboxing and putting furniture together we realized that they had shorted us a set of Chest of drawers for the main guest room . We called and they said they were going to to refund of delivery fee and bring us the missing furniture the next Monday morning. They refunded the $450 delivery but never brought the missing furniture that I paid over $600 for and now reuse to give us what we paid for . They are not only misleading customers they are now stealing for us .

Everything from artwork to mirrors to candles to place settings to frames to nick knacks to pepper jellies .... the list really goes on and on.....and on. Store is well organized and is a great place to go to find a unique gift for somebody. They have some stuff that is pretty consistent and some items that rotate, so they always seem like they have new stuff on hand. Something about this store just feels better than other locations. It always seems to be very clean and even though it's organized just like all the other locations I've been in over time, it just seems to have more space available to display the products. Just like all the other locations they have Men's, Women's, Children's, Household items, and occasionally a mixture of other items (exercise, toys, jewelry, etc.) Typically not a lot of staff working so check out can take a few minutes, but that's really about the only negative. Also, keep in mind that selection varies a lot even from store to store and changes up based on what the current season is.

The most recent trip I noticed there was the regular fitting rooms in the back (which are plentiful) were open with an attendant. While we were there they had a great sale on more than half of the store. In addition if you were in the member club, you received an additional percentage off on anything except for a specific discount sticker color. Quality of items they sell has always seemed to be above average and prices are in line with other stores selling similar items. That being said, the sale prices they had made everything really reasonable. Also, check for the clearance areas for even better savings. All in all a good experience and we will be coming back to shop at this location again.

I wanted pillowtop as soft as possible due to 3 bulging disks. They delivered a Firm vitality pillowtop so, so far I'm still sleeping on my full size mattress in the bedroom that shares a wall with my snoring husband in the master bedroom. He sounds like a chainsaw and wonders why I am sleepy in daytime. As many thousands as we've spent at Long's I hope they will make this right or at least let me return towards an Englander and adjustable electric base. Otherwise our business will go elsewhere.
