We had a problem with our cable connection to the water and ice maker and they sent their repair guy Glen out within a few days. Glen arrived and fixed the problem quickly. I called Abbey Hosseini owner/repairman of Budget Appliance of New London to fix my Speed Queen…read moredrier that was making a squeaking noise. He spent three hours on it. When done it was making a grinding noise and the drum was very tight. Abbey said it was an issue with the frame and sometimes if it keeps running it goes away. I sensed this was wrong. Called another repair man who diagnosed it. A number of the parts he put back together were wrong or backwards. The felt gasket in the front of dryer that the drum rotates against were cut because he put the drum in backwards after doing other damage that created sharp edges on the drum. The belt he replaced was too small. He greased the bearings too much, which I'm told he wasn't suppose to grease at all. There was oil splattered around inside and pieces of felt that were cut way because he put the drum in backwards after damaging it. Just ordered some new parts. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. If I had done what he said and kept running it, it would have ruined a $1500 Speed Queen dryer.

Took me 14 days to have someone come out and fix my dryer even tho the parts were at my house. After It was fixed with in 2 weeks my dryer was broken again. So now we waited another 2 weeks before someone could come look at my dryer with multiple appointments set up and canceled and changed on sears behalf. multiple days of missed work because sears would change the appt last minute. Poor custom service. Zero stars.

I was quoted a 2-4 week wait period for my device to be shipped out, repaired, and shipped back to store. It took this Best Buy location 3 days just to find a box to ship my iMac out with. I work in customer service as well and that alone would be unacceptable. After 4 weeks I received an email that my device was ready for pick up and scheduled an appointment. None of the appointment times really worked for me and I was tired of waiting. I tried calling multiple times to ask about a different appointment time or other options but Geek Squad is helping customers so they can't answer the phone and require you to leave a message. I then headed to the store in person to sort this out. When I got there the woman I spoke to was as helpful as she could be and tried to locate my iMac for me to pick-up. After about 5 minutes of her trying to locate my computer Chris comes over to inform me that the evening prior he received my repaired iMac but when he opened the box to inspect it the screen was completely broken. Chris said they must not have packaged it well enough and apologized that I showed up before he could contact me about the damage. Chris had already shipped the iMac back out for repair and quoted me another two weeks wait. A week later I received an email that I was being granted an exchange for my iMac and needed to schedule an appointment to complete the exchange. The link that was sent to me to set up an appointment time and once again when I called through to Geek Squad, using the extension they gave me, no one was available to answer my call. I left a message but ultimately decided because of previous lack of communication that I would just head to the store to either sort this exchange out or make an appointment. I had no problems with Geek Squad during this interaction. They processed what they needed to on their end and sent me over to the computer department to find a replacement for my iMac. The man that helped me there asked me about what had happened to the iMac I brought back and I shared my woes and frustrations. At the end of my tale he said "Well there's good news" which made me perk up because at this point I am ready for this whole thing to be resolved and over. Then he proceeds with "Your nose rings match your tattoos" which caught me totally off guard and I kind of froze. This response from this employee was completely unprofessional and rude. I had my teenaged daughter with me who very quickly clocked this interaction as inappropriate and expressed her discomfort to me once we walked away from this employee. I'm sure in this man's mind he was being kind but there is a time and place for that and it's not when you are on the clock helping a customer. My husband and I have been loyal Best Buy customers for years and even have the Best Buy store card. After this whole situation I will be more than happy to drive over an hour to the nearest Apple location where I can expect to have prompt, professional and respectful customer service.

I was so interested in Wren for the longest time, but after sitting down and hearing about a nearly…read more$30k kitchen that's been discounted, to about $10k, but even if we do the Wren installation for an extra fee, that our sink's plumbing and any electrical could not be done without another extra fee, was a total turn off to Wren. We had a contractor to help us with our "unexpected costs," apparently was left in the notes in the profile after a new salesperson reached out to me. But it was not unexpected, as we had our own contractor to do the work before Wren "installed" the kitchen. We really anticipated "Wren Kitchen" could install a simple sink properly (with plumbing) or in this case, a grandiose sink $$$. Unless the installation policies have changed, we will not be seeking Wren now nor in the future. The total turn off for us was when the manager and him both told us that we'd have to hire a contractor or pay them extra money to install a sink fitted to the existing plumbing, that just doesn't make sense to me as Wren is a kitchen installer and every kitchen has a sink.... Also we were told we'd have to pay an extra fee to hire a contractor from Wren to plug in the stove and fridge into the existing power outlets and plumbing. How can a company install a kitchen "apparently," but not plug in a range and fridge? Don't even get me started on the sink, what kitchen doesn't have a sink?
