Came in for a sinus infection. Told to go home at take Sudafed and come back in three days if I didn't feel better. Came back in three days and they finally test me for the infection. I asked for antibiotics - but they refused bc they have to send off for a test. It honestly felt like they were just running up an insurance tab to make more money. A week later and I'm still sick and no real help from this clinic. Avoid this one.... read more

Nice people but misdiagnosed. Had swimmers ear. Told them as much. They said it was a big bite. Gave me antibiotics for a bug bite. Had to go somewhere else the next day for the drops i needed since the NP wouldn't listen. read more

If i could give zero i would. It might be my own fault coming here, but we needed "urgent care." My boyfriend has slammed his finger in the car door and needed medical attention immediately due to actively bleeding and his entire nail dangling off. The nurse at the desk did see him actively bleeding and didn't act with urgency at all. It seemed they were prioritizing covid tests before an active bleed and my boyfriend on the verge of passing out. I guarantee this place gets what needs to be done but there was no sense of help here or validation for a patient at serious need. We went to the outpatient ER down the road and were met with immediate attention and placed in front of others as needed. read more

I went in for a follow-up to a trip to the ER and was highly impressed by how Perdido Urgent Care provided estimated costs for routine services ahead of time. The doctor spoke with me at length, answered all my questions, and give me a prescription to help with the recovery process. They referred me to a lab five minutes away for further blood work--all of which was easy and without lines. When the results were concluded, they called me on the phone, discussed what the lab had done, and even provided me a copy of the lab work (for free). Highly recommended. read more

Friendly staff but a diagnosed incorrectly ! Patient Chief compliant was ear pain, Dr stated it was patients tube coming loose and needed to see ENT when back home from vacation. However the patient was seen by ENT when back home and had classic swimmers ear, not a lose tube!!! Not sure how this was overlooked but it was. read more

Came in for ankle pain and they said it was just sprained. Too lazy to do an x-ray. Found out two weeks later it was fractured. Don't recommend coming here. They just want you in and out as fast as possible. read more

I showed up to this urgent care at 6:40, online the website said closes at 7:00. The doors were locked, the doctor came out and basically told us he couldn't see me because it was past 6:30... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Doctor told me to take a bleach bath "quarter cup bleach, mixed in a tub of water halfway up your torso". I feel stupid for even trying it because it BURNED and now my condition is 10X worse. I was very concerned how she didn't even want to LOOK at both of my spots (what I came in for). Doctor brushed my concerns off her shoulders and acted like I was being a hypochondriac for even coming in. Saying "adults rarely even catch that, just take a bleach bath it'll go away on it own in two weeks". So basically I paid $140 for her to look at ONE spot on my knee (refused to view the second spot I had), prescribe a cream that's literally just a stronger version of Neosporin (I asked the pharmacist about it), and rush me out the door. I kept asking if I needed antibiotics, she assured me that if it didn't go away-I could be seen again with the fee waived. LIES! Doctor lied just to placate me and rush me out the door. So here I am, COVERED in the same spots I tried to show her. I tried waiting it out, bleach bath, and cream. ALL the things she suggested yet it's now 10X worse. Moral of the story is DO NOT COME HERE!!! There are plenty of other urgent care's and I will use ALL OF THEM BEFORE I COME HERE AGAIN!!!! read more

Very professional staff, and the doctor actually listens to you AND CARES! I filled out only ONE form, paid my $12.00 co-pay, and saw the doctor 5 minutes later! He listened to my symptoms (viral gastroenteritis) prescribed me two meds, wrote me a work-excuse, and I was out the door 20 minutes later TOTAL TIME! They even sent my prescription orders directly to the CVS. I was very pleased with my experience; especially since I didn't have to wait 2-3 hours at an E.R.!!!!! Perdido Urgent Care has a friendly staff and you are in and out quick. However, they are not very competent when it comes to calling in your prescription. I had to wait for 2 days to get my medicine filled. Not good when your sick. After telling them where to call in my prescription, it was still sent to the wrong place. The first time it was done electronically and it never went through, so they say. I personally feel that they forgot to send it. It was the weekend and they were closed so I could not inform them of this problem until Monday. It would be nice if they had an after hours number for such issues. On Monday, after 3 phone calls and driving to 2 different pharmacies, the one it was supposed to be at and the one it was actually at, I finally got my medicine the old school way, they called it in. When I finally got my meds, the pharmacist informed me that was not the best medicine for sinus issues. So we will see. I recommend getting your prescription written out and handed to you. read more
