No. I followed up with some irritation that despite being recommended, they are doing nothing. What irks me is that they say they will respond 100% of the time - which clearly isn't the case. Why would anyone want to do business with them, when they have zero desire to return any message at all? Normally I avoid these types of postings - with just complaining without seeing results - but folks need to be aware of this supposedly "service."

A different crew was sent out for a do-over from its original condition, and did alot of fix-up work, but the end product is solidly sloppy. The leftover wire,by the way, was taken when it should've been left at my home since I was the one who purchased it-standard operating procedure as far as I know.
