We sought out multiple bids and Drip Doctor was the most reasonable licensed contractor. Don and his team were professional and the installation was done seamlessly. They also installed new landscape lighting in line with our drip. They installed a new controller and took the time to set up the schedule and get it set up on the wifi so we could control the drip from our phones. Our experience with Drip Doctor was exceptional and you won't find a more honest or meticulous team out there. They laid just under 500 feet of drip and landscaping line in areas in and out of planters and retaining walls. Other than the drip line working, I can't even tell that they were here because the ground, gravel, and plants were practically undisturbed. I left a message and he called me back, I explained the problem, we scheduled an appointment, the day he was scheduled he called me and said I will be there within the next twenty minutes. I forgot to mention we used him before and had no problems. He showed up when he was scheduled, and fixed the problem. This trip was different, my leak was under the driveway, the hose was broken and it wasn't placed inside a larger pipe that he could feed the new hose through. He gave me three options.1. Don't fix it. 2. Replace the whole drip system or 3. Try to connect the old hose to the new hose and pull it through the driveway from one side to the other. He said it could be risky but I said we'll at least have a 50/50 chance. I told him let's go for it, I signed off that I would be responsible for the outcome. After he connected the one end to the hose, he started pulling it under the driveway to the other side. He started pulling it , after several pulls the new hose came out the other side under the driveway. He made several connections and turned the water on and I was back in business. I'm so disappointed with the treatment we have received as long time customers of Beycon. Instead of going back out to fix the problem, Juan decided to charge us $50 to stake the tree down. We agreed to this as we didn't want the tree to fail. His team went out to do the work and used a cheap wooden stake and didn't bother to trim the tree. With all the recent storms, any landscaper would know to be proactive. Within a day, the wooden stake broke and completely failed. Again, instead of going back out and fixing their failure, they refused to go back out to our home unless we paid more. They blamed the storm and the tree instead of their negligence. If the tree was trimmed properly, it wouldn't have failed. Mind you, we pay monthly for landscaping service and trust the work will be done. Juan clearly has no integrity. Whoever he uses to field messages and phone calls is extremely unprofessional as wI'm so disappointed with the way Juan and his team treated us after using them consistently for 2 years now. If he had any integrity, he would've trimmed the tree correctly the first time. And he would've fixed the issue with the wooden stake instead of leaving a broken piece of wood in the yard where there's small children.
