Philippa was totally organized and explained in great detail how our wedding would be arranged and progressed to a beautiful ceremony on our wedding day. Philippa remained in contact with us from our first meeting and professionally managed the wedding licence and the legality arrangements. Over the months Philippa became more of a friend to us and helped us on numerous items when we required assistance relating to our marriage. Prior to our wedding Philippa reviewed our wedding vows and used her extensive experience to ensure we both had fantastic vows on our wedding day. Prior to the day of our wedding Philippa arranged a wedding rehearsal which really put our minds at rest the following day. On the day of our wedding Philippa was at the venue really early and had set up her equipment even before I (the groom) arrived. Her sound equipment was clear and capable playing our selected music. Philippa was smartly presented and very professional. She even managed to calm my nerves for me. I can honestly say I felt that I had a friend there giving me a helping hand. and when my bride arrived, well, Philippa was there with tissues in hand to help me through the overwhelming experience. The ceremony was just a dream come true and this was mainly due to Philippa's organization, Philippa had even liaised with the photographer to ensure there was going to be no little hiccups. Philippa was just the best person to marry us and I am truly grateful to her for making our special day such a fantastic and beautiful experience. Bouncers are thugs. I was pulled from my girlfriend who's hand I was holding watching The Growlers…read moreperform and placed in a guillotine headlock. I was dragged to the exit of the venue by a bouncer for him to be informed by another bouncer he had "the wrong guy, his striped shirt is different". I received no apology and upon my second time returning to the venue I was subject to similar treatment by a bouncer with slicked back hair and shaved sides, he always wears a suit. This treatment has been echoed by many of my peers in the music industry. This venue is a joke, they also over book gigs so you can barely move so they can sell more tickets. The Client Liason show was disgusting. You couldn't get to the bar at all. Of the 1000+ venues I've been to with music, this place is the worst. Primarily due to the security.
