As we are now selling her home an inspection showed they did not do some work properly including placing storm collars on 3 flues and tar/seal of cracks around other penetrations. He tried to tell me the collars blew off with the wind! They should be installed so they don't blow off in less than 2 years time. He wanted $150 to come out to do an estimate and said work is not warranted. DO NOT believe his website. There is no guarantee with this man. Not even less than 2 year guarantee. To make matters worse he speaks about how Christian he is. Pathetic.
