I took off work to make sure I met Hugo at the given time which was a Monday morning at 11:30. 9 minutes before his arrival he texted and said can I reschedule for next week?? Unfortunately I told him NO that that wouldn't work as I had openings where windows were removed and I didn't want the rain to come in. He then responded ok can I come later after 2:00?? Anxious and needing it done quickly I said yes that works. Went back to work and came back close to 2:00 and this time I didn't even get a text or any communication as to why he was a no show??? I had to reach out that evening when I realized he wasn't coming and once again he rescheduled. He finally showed up and spoke with my contractor and said he'd have an estimate right away, next day. Once again the guy dropped off the face of the earth and even after texting him countless times he has NEVER responded!! I know good help is hard to find, and the owner can't be everywhere at once, but the lack of cleanup in a timely manner is now a whole new job. The crew didn't wipe off the overspill from the exterior walls when it was wet, but they did come back and attempt to clean it with muriatic acid. The stain from the diluted paint is pictured. The spill over on the driveway is an eyesore. I will be attempting to grind off the residue and look into using concrete paint to cover the yellow stain. Maybe I was lucky with past jobs in that I was not always present but didn't run into this type of problem. If you use this company I recommend someone is present and paying close attention.
