Most recently Cass and Nathan were here to install a wireless rain detection device. While on site, they adjusted spray head coverage as we requested, and installed a special back-flow valve to prevent a downhill spray head from draining the uphill line into unwanted puddles. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. We had a lot of rain lately and the big mower was going so fast at every turn was digging up the newly sprouting grass. This left bare spots at the edges of the yarn. Grass was being blown onto furniture, the house and plantings in the yard. The blower would not remove it so I had to clean the patio furniture every week after they left. It appears, and I could be mistaken, but it appeared that we did not have a consistent crew each week. I wanted the grass cut high. But it was constantly cut low with each new crew that arrived. The curb appeal of my home is very important to me. I have spent over $1000 on landscaping improvements. I am disappointed that I could never coordinate my efforts with this lawn company.
