This is not only disappointing but unprofessional, and I believe your office should be held accountable for this. Your response stating that your team called me multiple times is a LIE. I called several times to explain my situation, yet my case was never initiated. Each call resulted in a promise of a callback, or a note being left for the attorney, which, frankly, is an inadequate approach to handling sensitive matters. The use of sticky notes to track client cases is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of attention to detail. I was assigned to a paralegal, Sandra Eirnova (who had no clue what she was doing), who failed to provide the necessary communication regarding the steps needed to proceed with my case.
