About 4 months ago things started to change. He was no longer reliable, truthful, or dependable. I discovered that he was lying about cutting different properties and was always filled with hundreds of excuses. Meanwhile, he then tells me he got a big mowing job at the VA. Well, I am happy for him, but you don't just kick your good customers that pay within an hour of the property being completed to the curb. His communication skills are totally absent, and you constantly have to run after him. When he starts making excuses, you need to cut him loose. There are many lawn care people out there that are dying for the jobs and the work. Find one of them and give them your business. Dwayne doesn't care. He showed up when he said he would, took care of the tree, removed debris and raked up after, he was very conscientious. Came back the next day to remove the stump- he did an amazing job, quickly and efficiently, and cleaned it all up as well. He's a polite, pleasant, git er done guy and I recommend him 100%! Get him to give you a quote, he's not pushy, he'll give you an honest assessment!
