He did not like act like a salesman. He listened to what I wanted. Inspected the area, carefully. Measured precisely, and gave me a bid. He made one suggestion. The cost was not prohibitive. Since I trusted him, I agreed with it. I have to admit when the was finished was the icing on the cake. It made it perfect. So well worth it. The weather hampered work, which is common for the spring. It was a big job because of the amount of dirt that had to be brought in. When they came out and got to it, they got it done. It was a lot of work. It looks fantastic. He provided me with an exact watering schedule and has been very responsive if I had any questions. There was an added layer of difficulty because one limb had a bee hive in it and they would be required to work with a bee removal man while taking care of the rest of the tree.
