After checking my truck over, the only conclusion was that something was wrong with the tires. A different and reputable tire shop I've dealt with for years confirmed these tires are in terrible condition after only three months, and even took pictures of them to post on their social media to warn others. These pros that have also been in the business a very long time have never even heard of this brand. I've never experienced this with multiple brands I've purchased in the past, and spent about the same amount of money on them. I gave Firebird an opportunity to make things right and prorate these tires but they refused. I will never go back.

There was a bit of wait, not uncommon on a Monday morning. Once it was my turn, I explained my situation. We walked out to my truck and I explained what was going on. He even measured my rear tires too. He advised we could order my tires and they'd be in sometime that afternoon. Ok, cool. I had work until 5 so that was fine with me. I got my truck back around 3pm. I tested it. Bumped even worse than earlier! Completely white knuckle drove to my AAA repair facility. I got a call from AAA today saying my driver's rear tire had a massive bulge in it that would certainly be the cause and was absolutely not road safe. So, why didn't the tire "experts" catch this? Honestly, if they checked all my tires and said "hey, you have a massive bulge that's not road safe", I would have easily replaced them without question. Instead, they just took my, an average driver's word to replace the front two tires and allowed me to drive off in an unsafe vehicle. What would have happened if I did have a blow out? I hate complaining but when you sell yourself as the tire "experts" then be the expert. Especially when this is your advertising (see photo). All in all, usually good value when they aren't rushed. I recommend an appointment, and, not Mondays.

The credit was honored, one of the managers stopped by everyone that was waiting for their cars to make sure their expectations were met and that they were satisfied. When the manager came to me , I said my only concern was that I would like a water however they were currently out. The manager went to the back and brought me an ice cold water. It was much needed in 104 degree heat. Any other store (including the one that messed up in the first place ) would have brushed me off 15 minutes before closing but this location really did their best to take care of me and I'm very grateful. I started with them rebuilding my motor and just kept going from there. I did stop going here because of distance and I think if I was closer I would continue to take it to them for small jobs. To be fully transparent, I'm very specific about a lot of things when it comes to my vehicles so there were things that I noticed that weren't right, a couple things still exist to this day that were caused by the shop. However, every time I told Miguel about these issues he immediately did his best to help fix them. And they did fix most of the issues I had. This is not a bad shop at all. I definitely recommend them.
