Called to schedule a next-day oil change. They were able to fit me in for the afternoon. They called back to let me know it would take 1.5 hours. I showed up and had to park in the convenience store parking lot next door, because it looked like a pretty tight lot. They said that was no problem. I sat and looked at my phnoe for a little bit until the battery almost died (it was alrfeady low when I got there). They had charging cords on the coffee table with adapters for every phone. I plugged my phone in and sat it on the table and got comfortable for a longer wait, but moments later, true to the 1.5 hour estimate, they said my truck was ready. They advised me of some sort of leak on the front axle, but told me to check with the dealership because it might be under warranty. I appreciate that. I've been bringing my truck here for a few years now. They helped me resolve an oil leak, the dealer I had taken it to didn't tighten something and I was leaking oil. They topped me off and had me out of their quickly, I've been coming here ever since. Wow - I don't know when I've left a 5 star review for an automotive shop but AMC rocks! Manny helped me out when my 2017 Honda Fit had issues that I wasn't sure how to go about getting fixed. The car door open sensor wouldn't turn off even when all the doors/trunk were shut. I assumed it was an electrical issue. Also: the battery was dead (or so we thought) & I had to have it towed over to his shop. But then we realized in order for him to do any electrical work, the car needed to go to where the battery was originally purchased, FIrestone, to get a replacement battery. While at AMC, my car miraculously started & I drove it over to Firestone, the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They couldn't get to it until the Tuesday after Memorial Day. Once they did, they found the battery was fine. So I drove it back to AMC. Throughout this crazy escapade & over the Memorial day w/e no less, Manny was super supportive/kind. Two different mechanics on his team tested the electrical system and the trunk just needed to be slammed shut. Manny ended up only doing what was needed: changing the oil and adding more freon. Attentive knew what the service department says, . $$ tires yet after searching for the tires and wipers I found opening up Discount Tire credit card I was able to charge the charges. Beware!! even tho by law in Arizona repair shops are not mandated to report car repair in carfax, this company does!!! When reported any prior repare, for example Ac or smog system, the value of your car goes down because it shows in carfax! Do not recommend to use their services. I lost 3-4 k in my car value because they decided to put my ac repare and my smog check repare in carfax and even tho I fixed it , they devalue my car from it cause it shows in the report! AMC was able to fix my car's air conditioning for half the cost that was quoted by Pep Boys. Pep Boys felt that we needed to replace the entire air conditioning system.
