I have video proof and receipts that East Valley Tire Outlet broke the TPMS sensor on my passenger rear tire while removing it from the rim. However, no one informed me of this damage. This occurred on March 22nd. Minutes after leaving, my TPMS light came on. I took my 2018 Kia Niro to Big O Tires, where they said I might need to replace all four sensors. Thankfully, Walmart Auto Care was able to replace just the broken one at a reasonable price. Since my sensor failed immediately after your service, it's clear that the damage happened while my tire was being removed and put back on. I am disappointed that East Valley Tire Outlet did not take responsibility for this. I expect honesty when it comes to vehicle service. Please contact me to resolve this issue. My elderly mother had bought tires here for years but around March of this year(2024) she bought 4 tires for around $400 and by July they had threads showing and were dangerous to drive on. He told her they were new tires when they clearly weren't! She was driving on dangerous tires for 5 months and when she called him about it he told her the warranty was expired because of wear and tear on the tires. Absolutely disgusting to take advantage of an elderly woman and sell her dangerous, old tires. Bobby was who sold her the tires! Tires 2 Go sold her new tires and worked with her to help her out. When my Tesla indicated an issue with tire pressure, I did a quick check online for a tire store near me. East Valley Tire came up with 5 stars and was local. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!! I called and spoke to Bobby, he invited me to come in, and he said they would take a look. I drove in and was immediately greeted, asked what the issue was, and two techs were jacking my car up and removing my tire within 5 minutes. They showed me the nail in my tire, let me know what they planned to do, and did it. Great service! Tesla tires are not easy to deal with, and these guys handled it like pros. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable, actually shocked that they did not try to jack the price, being I drive a Tesla. I will be back for sure if and when I need new tires. They may have a Giant pink Ape in front but they don't Monkey you around ! I broke the stem on a wheel and AAA recommended tire depot .. they tried selling me a new tire without even quoting me for the real issue .... A buddy recommended East Valley tires and so glad I came . They Checked the tire told me it's either stem or sensor or both which isn't costly .. BAM ! 20minute repair , put my spare back on , connected the computer to check sensors working great and Done and Done . I said thank you and they told me thank you . If you answered "yes", then God bless America and tires :) I needed a new tire as when we went camping I got a flipping stick in mine. My tires are low-pro so they are expensive. Two other shops quoted me approx $170 for the tire plus tax and install. I got out the door here for fifty bucks even...on a matching perfect Firestone. It took them all of twenty minutes from the time I showed up, til the time I left. I honestly would not have minded if it took longer as these guys are so awesome! I love their dedication to Veterans, their honesty, their friendliness and although they were packed, I mean, like 10 other cars with other ones still rolling in continuously, they operate like an Army and get it done. It was also cool, I was in a Grunt Style shirt and the owner had one on too! They have awesome America memorabilia all over inside and a banner, well, they are now on their sixth banner to represent the men and women that have served our country with the autographs of Veteran customers that come here. I almost wish I needed another tire just to hang out, lol. Thanks guys.
