I live in Sevierville-PF-G-Burg and if you don't know where it is, it's about 45 min drive. Unfortunately, there's no eyebrow thread places in my area, therefore, I have to drive to Knoxville. If this company had another branch in my area, it would be great, but I still travel because I know my brows will be cleaned up. Usually come in weekends and it's usually 1 or 2 ladies. The first time I got it done was with an older lady. Although, she did okay, she pulled my eyebrows hard where the thread cut me and then she put sanitizer on which burned even more. I have extremely sensitive skin. Next time, I always got it done with the younger lady and I LOVE it when she does it. I just can't recall her name. I went to get my eyebrows done yesterday and someone else did it, she did a good job. I didn't tell her how I liked it because one my eyebrows was thicker than the other so she even it out and I loved the end result. The service itself is quick and speedy, it usually takes me maybe 5-7 mins and this salon offers other services. Check in store or online. Perfect Brows Beauty Salon is located in a strip of several businesses with limited parking. I usually cannot find parking in front of the salon, so I tend to park on the other side and just walk. I found about this place from Group-on with 4 threading sessions for $18, which is a great deal because most threading places typically cost $10 for 1 session. The place needs some cleaning up. It isn't the tidiest place, but I'm not going to really base my rating on that. I've only seen the older lady (never seen the other one) when I visit. She is quite speedy, and the threading does not hurt. I'd recommend this place but be sure to check the Group-on out! read more

This Eyebrow Threading is not IT! I didn't do my research and as a result I wasted money! I went in with full brows and walked out with uneven brows. Honestly I wish I would have went to the nail salon and got them wax. At least they would have been even and clean. My suggestion is to do your research and go elsewhere. Usually I leave here happy but whoever the new lady is completely messed up my eyebrows and when I said something about them being too thin and completely uneven she told me "I just cleaned them up, that one is more full." She didn't apologize or anything just walked to the register to have me pay. I'll attach a picture of what my eyebrows usually look like after getting them done with no makeup filler or anything and how I left with them today, my left one completely misshapen and too thin. And there's no brushing the hairs out to make the brow more uniform, she took off a chunk from the top and left a chunk at the bottom. The only way to fix it would be to Make it's even more thin. read more

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 10+ years and this is by far the WORST place I have EVER been too. I recently relocated to Tenessee and found this place on google. I came with 2 other friends and we were there for about 1.5 hours. The ENTIRE time we were there the older lady that threads was on the phone. She did not acknowledge us, say hello, or listen to how we wanted our eyebrows because she was too preoccupied with her phone conversation. She left all of our eyebrows extremely uneven and thinned them out even though we asked for a cleanup. Additionally, this place does not use cotton balls they use the same brush to apply power between clients WITHOUT disinfecting them. All of us also left with cuts all over our face and eyebrows. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone instead there are a few other places in the area that charge a little more and are WAY more sanitary. Save yourself the butchered eyebrows and acne breakout. read more

This is my first time here and I won't be coming back. First off, I used to get my eyebrows threaded back in Dallas for $5, so I was a little hesitant to spend twice as much here. Nonetheless, I dropped in on Saturday afternoon and it was completely dead. The women who helped me seemed like she was in a rush even though I was her only customer and she said "it was a slow day". Two minutes after sitting down in the chair and "finishing" my brows, she didn't even let me look in a mirror to see if I was satisfied. After taking a closer look once I got back to my car, I noticed a large number of stray hairs left behind. After having my eyebrows threaded many times before, I have come to expect a stray hair or two to be missed, but this was way more than that and not acceptable. It took me ten minutes to pluck the rest once I got home. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

If it's the woman who won't get off the phone, walk away. She couldn't care less. There's another woman, a bit younger, that does a better job. I went today to get my brows, upper lip and chin threaded. As soon as she started threading my brows, two customers walked in and she immediately started to rush and threading my face really hard really fast. That process took probably no longer than two minutes. She didn't even brush the hair off my face or even offered any lotion and told me I was done. I was cut on my upper lip and chin. I paid and left. I felt cheated and walked back in to show her the hair left on my chin and brows and to tell her that rushed me when customers walked in. Her excuse was that my skin was sensitive which is not true. Not to mention my brows look nothing alike! She also has different signs with conflicting prices! Terrible place! Will not ever go back. Came here with my daughter because I had a half - off deal. We walked in and the lady was working on a customer but we were not greeted or even acknowledged. I don't think she even spoke any English. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes. A boy who I assume was her son kept going in and out of the building. She finally told my daughter to "come" to sit in the chair. My daughter has never had her eyebrows threaded so it was really confusing for her. She didn't really do that great of a job, she left hair between the inside of both of our brows and I had a small cut on my skin. She was not very friendly. Would not come back. read more

I have been coming here religiously for over a year now to get my eyebrows threaded. I will never go anywhere else! I always love the way my brows look when they are done, and if I can't get back for about 3-4 weeks they still hold a great shape even with stray hairs. Although the owner speaks little English, she knows brows and that's what it is all about. I went in with a picture in mind (just to be clear) and she reassured me she had it under control. If I could give zero stars I would the lady doing my eyebrows ruined my face. She cleaned off all my eyebrows then when some other customers came.in she rushed on my other eyebrow and scratched my face. She told me it's because I'm sensitive. I've never had a problem before.
