We have used this service 3 times over 6 weeks. We have had 3 different teams of ladies working. All seem like hard workers but the last team was the best of the 3 and we plan to continue the service for 2 hours every 2 weeks. The biggest problem is that none of the workers are english fluent and communication is a problem. We have solved this by using Google translate to create a hispanic "to do" list that we have typed up and given to them when they arrive and we have taped hispanic instructions on the particular areas we did not want cleaned. Overall they seem to be prompt, hard working and honest and we are very pleased. read more

I have had Perfect Cleaners come once, for two hours. I am very pleased with the clean, especially the bathroom and my floors. My carpets have never looked better, and the vinyl plank flooring was the cleanest it has ever been. Communication with Matthew in the office was great, and Damaris and Yuleixy were polite when they arrived, and worked non stop for the two hours. I would definitely have them out again when I get behind on my cleaning and need a refresh, and I like that I can request the same cleaners for future bookings. read more

But after the three hours, about 40% of my house had not been done and they left with powder still on my floors, one of my cast iron skillets had been washed with soap, dirt still on my kitchen floors and bathrooms. Horrible experience. The first time they came was okay. The second time was not great. The third time the team left trash on my bed. I do not recommend. Further, having called the office after the second visit to provide feedback such as, they left a huge dirty mark on my kitchen window, I asked that the feedback be provided to the team so they could improve. Who wipes a window with the towel they used to wipe the kitchen counters? The office offered to have the team come back. I declined. After the third visit, when they did not change the beds, clean the kitchen, or clean the bathrooms, I called the office and refused to pay. The manager screamed at me and hurled insults. I have just had a very bad experience with Perfect Cleaning and will never use this company again. I began using their services in September and was extremely happy with the lead housekeeper who cleaned our house several times (we requested her for the subsequent appointments). The problem is not the quality of cleaning we received, rather the way this company is run and the fact that they LIE to clients about scheduling, confirming that housekeepers will be coming and then sending no one. I had scheduled the above mentioned housekeeper well in advance and specifically requested her for a regular schedule. This housekeeper and her helper were supposedly on the schedule to clean our house today and I received a call yesterday confirming the appointment--however, when I pressed the dispatcher to confirm that they would be sending the requested housekeeper, he became somewhat hostile and wouldn't really confirm a specific person. Incidentally, their "call center" apparently operates out of the country--you get a different person every time you call their number and the right hand never knows what the left is doing. Yesterday, I was told to expect the housekeepers would arrive today between 1:30 and 2:30--at 4PM, no one had shown up and it was safe to assume no one was going to show up. I made several calls to this company during the course of an hour, each time (from a different dispatcher) being told that "the owner would be calling me back." I have yet to hear from the owner and probably never will. I have concluded that this is a very poorly run business, which likely breaks the backs of its housekeepers and collects huge profits at their expense. I can only hope that his best housekeepers realize they're being taken advantage of and go out on their own--it will serve this owner right. I regret that I was taken in by the smooth-talking guy I initially spoke with at Perfect Cleaning and will be certain to tell my friends and neighbors NOT to use this company. This company is definitely not trustworthy. I did not interrogate their I did message through Yelp and set up an appointment for September 14, 2023. They said everything was good to go. Then I was called three separate times requesting my personal and credit card information as it turns out when I asked specifically where they were calling me from I found out it was an overseas call center, I let them know that I'm not comfortable doing business that way, but I probably would have done so yes they did not called to ask for my credit card information in a three hour period three separate times verify my phone number verify my address I was uncomfortable, and chose not to do business with them the next day I left a Yelp messages and a voicemail asking them to church. They did not reply so I posted my review, which was totally honest they did not reply in over 23 hours when it says that they reply within two hours I understand things come up, but they were clearly monitoring it because the moment I posted my honest review, they contacted me asking me to remove the review since they've done no cleaning for me and my review is listed and they lied and they replied not only did I not interrogate their staff I asked a simple question but they claim I canceled the day before service considering I was scheduled for September 14 which is two weeks from the date of this review how can I cancel the day before that day has not yet happened I never accused them of being scammers. I simply said I'm uncomfortable and I don't want to do business with you. Please cancel my appointment and confirm when they're trying to get your business they reply immediately I don't think that they went more than 20 minutes between any replies, but when I asked to cancel, they did nothing and then their owner harassed me with text message after text message after text message demanding that I take down the reviews since they never clean for me my review is not about their cleaning. it's about their terrible customer service, and now about their threats of legal action, I wasn't a rate I canceled the service and hired somebody else to do it on the same day. I don't know how big the new company is because the date that I asked for the service has not come yet, but I can now see how this company is living up to my fears, they are lying. They are outright lying in their reply to my last review. I scheduled for September 14 and they said I canceled the day before not true. It is true I was never charged because I was unhappy with the customer service I was unhappy with being called three times asking for all kinds of credit card and personal information, maybe they do a good job when they actually clean but their customer service is terrible and so are their threats but when I'm finished with the yelp review, I'll be quick to do a Better Business Bureau review, showing all of the messages back-and-forth on yelp and showing their fraudulent answer. Were they claim I canceled the day before when I actually canceled the day after I scheduled it more than 16 days before the service was scheduled to take place now. This company is threatening legal action for my honest review so here's another review totally honest and pointing out lies on top of it. I would give a 1/2 star if I could. This service is a scam. I told the lady I wanted a major clean done and she called it a deep cleaning. I thought of that as making my house a shiny new car. I told her I wanted baseboards cleaned, blinds cleaned, under furniture vacuumed, all floors cleaned and mopped, bathrooms scrubbed, kitchen with all appliances cleaned outer, cabinets wiped, and rest clean appropriately, and just make the house spotless. However, this was not the case. 3 hrs. rolls around, they say they have to go, bathrooms are cleaned w/faucets still untouched, floors are not mopped and have some mold around shower and tub, vacuuming is partial, the kitchen is unfinished and 1/3 of the house is left to do. The manager yells and tells me they have pics of a job well done and I will be charged $210.00 because I got my 3 hrs. worth. But there was no deep cleaning. I will be disputing this charge, so I suggest not to enlist this group for cleaning. They also use another name...Elaine's Cleaning. So beware!!! read more

Service was excellent when I started with this company. Always on time and a very thorough job. As time went on the staff changed slightly but overall the service was still good. Since COVID they have been experiencing staffing issues. I understand completely. They still showed up on time however the length of time they were at my home started getting shorter and the job less thorough. Today the 2 member team showed up and seemed uncertain of what they were supposed to clean. I did speak to the office after they arrived. They left after only 56 minutes (used to be 90). The job was less than acceptable. Vacuuming in the main rooms was minimal and the kitchen had untouched areas, like the vent hood. It's black so everything shows. I called the office and they were very nice but I cancelled my service. I get the staffing issues, but if you're still sending 2 people, shouldn't the job done be the same? read more

I purchased this cleaning service through Living Social earlier this year. The cleaning service itself was fine - not the best nor the worst I've seen. They didn't do my bathtub, but they made my microwave glisten. Weird. I do not blame the team of maids they sent for the problems that followed. My daughter was in the NICU for two+ months. A kind friend gifted me a voucher for cleaning services through Perfect Cleaning so I could disinfect my home prior to my daughter's homecoming. Perfect Cleaning refused to service my home, saying they had already redeemed a voucher at my address and the vouchers are limited to one per customer. They encouraged me to contact Living Social for a refund. I explained that the voucher was a gift - I could not get a refund for it. Their response was essentially "too bad." On the phone, the manager simply kept repeating "there is nothing we can do for you. There is nothing we can do for you. There is nothing we can do for you." And then hung up. In the fine print of the voucher it says "limit one per household." I take this to mean that I can't buy multiple of that voucher whenever it comes up on Living Social. It does not say "for new customers only." Nor did it explain they I must refuse a GIFT of a voucher if I'd already happened to use their cleaning service. I contacted Living Social to see what sort of refund I could get for my friend (they were GREAT, by the way) and LS has now filed a complaint against this merchant in their system. I am a small business owner. I bend over backwards to accommodate dissatisfied customers. The customer service here was abysmal. There are plenty of other cleaning crews in town who would do an equally serviceable job while being more flexible and less rude. read more

I bought a Groupon for some cleaning after having work done in my home. Two extremely nice ladies showed up, ON TIME, and did the most thorough job of cleaning I've ever had. They literally cleaned from top to bottom of my home and worked non-stop the entire 4 hours they were here. They were easy to work with and did more than I even asked of them. Feeling slightly ripped off by this cleaning service. I needed a thorough, one time cleaning for my home which was being put up for sale. Their website states they do a thorough cleaning and they offered hourly and a flat fee rate. Having only used a cleaning service once before a long time ago, I didn't know how long it would take for them to clean my home so the lady I booked the cleaning with said to go with the flat rate which could be adjusted according to the time the cleaning actually took. Two maids came out the day of my appointment and did an adequate job -- not the "superb" job I was expecting based on their website reviews -- but I was pleased with it overall; I just wished they would have at least vacuumed the floors of the walk-in closets which were not touched at all. I expected all of my floors would be vacuumed and mopped. They were at my house from 0915-1200, just under three hours. The hourly rate was $59; the flat fee was $259, so obviously the hourly rate would have saved me roughly $80. I called immediately after the maids left to notify the booking office and requested to have the rate adjusted, but the lady who answered said she would have to have the person who booked my appointment call me. You guessed it -- I never got that phone call or the adjusted rate, not to mention the 15% Spring Cleaning discount posted on their website that was supposed to be offered for a one-time cleaning. I also gave both of the maids a substantial tip for their services before they left since I fully expected the business would be honorable and adjust my invoice to the hourly rate. Bottom line is my house was adequately cleaned, it isn't the end of my world, but my husband and I both work very hard for our money as well and so I am left feeling slightly ripped off. read more

We have used this company for the past two years. We used them at our old house and also at our new home. The ladies are very nice and clean whatever you ask! They also clean well! The reason we didn't rate five stars is because we absolutely adored one cleaner and have yet to be able to request her again, and also because on one occasion we had to get our bathrooms re-cleaned ;-(. They did give us a credit and we have not had any issues ever since. They also did our "move out" cleaning at our old house. I called this cleaning service on 2/14/2018 inquiring about cleaning services and told the receptionist I needed 2 hrs of cleaning for $69 per hour. She called me back to say that she has 2 ladies that can come out and clean that day for the 2 hrs. The ladies came to my place to clean around 8:20 am. I then told the ladies that I would leave and come back within the next 2 hrs which they should be done. I came back to my place at 10:25 expecting the ladies to be wrapping up with the cleaning, however they were still cleaning my kitchen area. One lady had the stove up cleaning while the other had the fridge open cleaning with chemicals all over the appliances. The time then became 10:30 am and they still had chemicals on everything so I waited until they finished with that around 11 am. I then gave the ladies a tip of $30 for their cleaning. They took the trash and left. When I walked out after the ladies left the trash was left outside my door to be taken out by myself. I got a charge on my credit card for $207 so I was confused why I was charged so much. Claudia then told me that the ladies said they were there until 11:30 which is false! I then told Claudia that I signed up for 2 hrs which she knew. She said that when I walked in the house at 1030 I was supposed to tell the ladies to stop even though there were chemicals left all over my appliances and I guess they expected me to clean up what they were supposed to clean within the 2 hrs. I spoke with a manager by the name of Daniel who was rude told me it's people like me that don't want to pay. What does that mean by people? Because I'm black. He also said there was nothing in writing to prove I only requested 2 hrs. I just wanted to make the manager aware of the customer service I was given and he was even worse. Daniel continued to talk over me I couldn't talk. I'm very upset with this cleaning service. The ladies knew they were to be there for 2 hrs only! It's very unprofessional for the manager to say I was supposed to have the ladies stop cleaning while chemicals were everywhere. Also, for the manager to say that I don't have any proof in writing that I only requested 2 hrs. Which I spoke to Claudia several times and requested 2 HOURS ONLY!! I have since requested a receipt and have yet to get one from the cleaning company. The manager was rude and not trying to solve the complaint I was having. This company is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not because of their cleaning services but because of their customer service and the manager Daniel for discriminating. It's basically my word against theirs. I have to preface this review by saying that I don't know if Joyner Fine Properties or the tenant moving out scheduled this service. Or what the specific service/time was. But, I knew immediately that I wouldn't call them. I walked in the half bath and the toilet bowl was rimmed in black gunk (took me 2 seconds to clean), there were drippings down the kitchen cabinets (also only took a few minutes to clean), and the ice and ice maker was coated in black dirt and debris (this required a longer disinfecting process). Being that what I could see wasn't clean, I didn't trust that what I couldn't see had actually been cleaned. Took me many hours and 2 big Lysol wipe containers just on the kitchen and 1.5 baths. Regardless of what they were paid to do and who paid them, I wouldn't hire them. read more
