Our next door neighbor advised she had an excellent contractor do her roof ten years ago. As it turns out it was Davis Contracting, a company that was able to handle all our needs. We met with Terry Lanford, who guided us through this process. He handled our insurance company ensuring that we would be able to get all items done even with a 1% overall insurance deduction. Their prices were fair and affordable. His crews were excellent, they were courteous and professional keeping everything clean during their work. Davis exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them. Five stars out of Five.

I would've been satisfied with a call saying we are working on getting someone out to fix it. I'm just so disappointed because they did an amazing job installing the door but if you're going to do an excellent job to get my money, you should still stand by your product when something goes wrong. Nick told us he would need to rent a boom lift to access the windows and requested $650 upfront for the rental. However, when he arrived to do the quote, he showed up with a ladder and explained that the company was out of lifts. Since the lift was never used, Nick agreed to refund the $650. Unfortunately, despite multiple promises, we have still not received our refund nearly three months later. The lack of follow-through, poor communication, and failure to return money that was promised back has been extremely disappointing. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. I hope this issue is resolved, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend High Country Glass.

When we bought our home 6 years ago, we knew we would have to replace all of the back windows as they were original to the home and beginning to rot. What we didn't know was that the front windows were almost worse than the others even though they were relatively new. These Renewal by Anderson windows were horribly difficult to open, installed extremely poorly, and terribly inefficient as far as heating and cooling were concerned. Our salesman, Charley, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very patient, listened attentively and described every aspect of the job ahead. He helped us to choose the best options for our situation and we were pleasantly surprised that this project would cost less than we anticipated. Although we already trusted Taylors, Charley made us feel even more confident in our decision. Installation took 3 days due to the size of the project and number of windows. The crew was incredible all around. Super nice guys who barely stopped working even for a short lunch break. These men were so polite, courteous and clearly proud of the work they were doing. This wasn't a one and done crew. This was a crew of professionals who are craftsmen, and the end result shows. They did an outstanding job and we honestly can't say enough about how nice it was to have them here for those three days. We were dreading the install and it ended up being so much easier than anticipated because of the professionalism of this team. The windows themselves are amazing. We have already noticed that our home is no longer drafty, insects aren't creeping in around windows anymore and quiet - oh my goodness, who knew windows could make such a difference. We can barely hear road noise anymore despite our busy location. We are really looking forward to seeing the energy savings. If you are in need of new windows in your home, look no further than Taylors. You are not going to find anyone cheaper for a quality product and professionally done install. As I stated earlier, previous owner used Renewal by Anderson and those windows cost them more than we spent with Taylors. Shamefully, those windows were total garbage and we are so happy to have them replaced with new Taylors windows. All in all a terrific experience with this company, even better than expected.
