I unfortunately had the New Jersey app but live in South Carolina. We entered the correct app and registered and like magic my information appeared. It seems to be working for most everything except the location cameras do NOT read my license plate so a human has to punch in my information in order for me to get my car washed. The screen kept indicating "Wait for Car Wash" but the indicator light never came on. I waited about 5 minutes and gave up. There is no information at the location as to a customer service number. After looking them up on line the number given responds with a continuous fax tone. Now I have to dispute a charge on my credit card or eat $4.00. What a pain. The owner needs to take better care of this operation.
