The 15 min observation time was spent in a chair, watching other customers come through the store. It is a BUSY location and I did not purchase anything so I cannot say much about customer service on the front end of the store. The store was orderly and neat, a couple of kids were running up and down the aisles, but it actually made it feel "normal." Everyone was masked and pleasant. They were cranking out appointments, but you could see/feel a sense of excitement. I didn't really talk to anyone else cause the chairs were spaced far apart, but I think you could feel the sense of relief from folks after receiving the vaccine and our tickets out of this pandemic.

I go to exchange them and the guy at the register is super nice and calls his manager up to help with the exchange. She was in her 60s and a red head. She doesn't acknowledge me at all and tells him that I have to "buy" these new makeup wipes before I can open them to make sure they aren't spoiled like the last ones. I was just trying to confirm these weren't spoiled as well. Whatever. I'll just do the exchange and then smell the new ones. Then I told her they smelled really bad and she responded that they're supposed to smell bad.. Seriously. My fiancée has used these for years; I know what they are supposed to smell like. Super unprofessional and the only reason I didn't absolutely lose it was because the guy at the register was super nice and asked me how my day went and went above and beyond when I had originally bought them. In conclusion just confused how this lady is a manager and the guy is only working the front counter. HE should be managing that Walgreens. She is very patient and does great at the photo orders. Lastly I met Renee who was a busy bee keeping the store clean and greeting all of the shoppers! While…read morewaiting on a long drive through line in excess of 35 minutes we called the pharmacist to make sure that she had the prescriptions and we were told by the pharmacist Trang via telephone that she only had one prescription and it would be 90 minutes before it would be ready. Even with her unclear accent and her choppy rendition of the English language her cold and unsympathetic words were loud so very rude. We called the nurse at the hospital to let him know that only one prescriptions was was received; the nurse immediately called Walgreens and spoke with the pharmacist (Trang) who was described as having a thick accent and was Very-Very rude and gave him a hard time about the prescription. Once we finally made it to the drive through window the pharmacist (Trang) denied speaking with the nurse and never inputted the prescription. My sister was doubled over in pain and her only saving grace was Kesha (the pharmaceutical tech) who went above and beyond to help find and fill the prescription that Trang the pharmacist chose to ignore and dismiss! Kesha spoke with the nurse and was able to fill the prescription in minutes. The job of a pharmacist is a crucial and much needed job, and for a Head Pharmacist to blatantly dismiss and deny a sick persons medication to aid in their recovery is terrible, but to be rude and dismissive to a medical professional who is concerned for a sick patient recovery is discussing! We often use this pharmacy and we can always expect to receive unprofessional, rude service, with a dismissive attitude from Pharmacist Trang. Customers deserve better service than the subpar service Pharmacist Trang is giving! The only reason I gave two stars for this review is because of Keshas professionalism, caring ways and her willingness to always help everyone.
