This was a total bait-and-switch scam. Not to mention that when I let them know I am military, they didn't even give me the 15% discount---the massage should've come out to $161.5, but I was instead billed $175. This is some of the worst customer service and business practices I ever seen. The person who owns this business should be ashamed that her employees treat their customers like this.

I also knew Dr Jain would have been very selective as to who he would allow connected to his nome. I wasn't sure I really wanted to 'fix' the issue but was told that it could lead to other issues. It really was a mess. My husband was 100% good with whatever I chose, but he could see my sadness building and encouraged me to at least check into it. Dr Anderson has worked as a artist. I have had 2 surgeries to create symmetry. A few little touch ups may still help in a few months. At this point in my life, I never expected to look like this -- 'perky'. It has not been easy and my spirit was missing. BUT Dr Anderson and the staff are wonderful. He has a great personality and that helped with the emotional part of this journey. A 100% repair was never possible, however what he has done with what he had to work with (and my allergy to silicone) is more than I could have dreamt. The doctor spent an hour with me, first thoroughly explaining hypnotherapy using analogies I could understand. He then led me through the therapy, during which I was in control the whole time. The doc stated that not everyone needs to come back for more than one session. However, as a 30+ year smoker, I plan on returning once or twice more for a tune up and to keep me on the right path. I appreciated that this decision was entirely my own. I have not just quit smoking, I am done with it forever. I have found using hypnotherapy to accomplish this a very fascinating process.
