First off, the quality of the meals is very good - near restaurant quality. I've tried most of their menu... my decisions vary from meals that I would not care to try at all to those that I order each and every time. A few of their meals have looked very appealing to me, but I've held off on buying them due to a high calorie count. But overall, I have never had an unsatisfactory meal from EatFlavorly. Customer service is very good in my experience, as is the communication. If there is an issue (which I've experienced a few times), they will get back to you within a business day and will provide you with a free meal/discount code to compensate you for any trouble. Another excellent feature of EatFlavorly is that there is no subscription required. You can order however frequently you would like, as long as you order at least 5 meals at a time. A final recommendation would be to check their menu on a daily or near-daily basis, as some of my favorite meals will go from sold-out to available, or disappear for a while and then reappear, seemingly overnight.

I've always enjoyed EatFlavorly meals, but this experience really showed me how effective their packaging and freezing process is. The quality, flavor, and texture held up remarkably well. I was put into a group text with their team regarding the issue and instead of simply replacing the two meals from their mistake, the response was that they "need concrete proof and they are not a charity." WOW. Talk about some poor customer service. This was not our first issue with them and the customer service given then was below par. You are a food SERVICE industry. Poor Poor service. Very bad. I finally got hold of the owner Aaron and not only did he talk over me the entire time he also suggested I find a different food service company. BC OF THEIR MISTAKE WE ARE BEING PUNISHED. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the encounters I have had with the staff. This company will not last long on those ethics, that is for sure. I've purchased meals from Snap Kitchen before, so these run about the same price - $11/$12 or so per meal, cheaper for breakfast items, and a tad more expensive if you want the large size options.. which I believe go for $14ish. They had samples of couscous, which was delicious, so I was super excited to try some of the main items. I opted for the Creamy Chopped Chicken Sandwich and the Almond Crusted Chicken Parm. I went home and tried the sandwich right away after my WOD and saved the chicken parm for lunch! *Creamy Chopped Chicken Sandwich - can you believe this is dairy free AND gluten free? It comes with a small Arugula salad on the side with some blueberry vinaigrette and OMG everything tasted so delicious! I was pleasantly surprised at how much flavor was in everything and how well everything was seasoned. The chicken sandwich was creamy and delicious, the bread being GF was a bit on the crumbly side, but it was tasty and I didn't mind it. The bf didn't like the bread so much, but he's a different species and is picky about everything! I loved the sandwich and that dressing on the arugula salad was yummy! At 407 calories with 30g of protein, the macros on each meal fantastic. *Almond Crusted Chicken Parm - again, very wowed by the flavors of this dish. The chicken is cut up into pieces for you, even though it doesn't look like it. They think of everything don't they?! It made it way easy to eat during lunch. The chicken was NOT dry at all, very well seasoned and moist, and definitely tasty. That marinara sauce was yum and paired so well with the zucchini noodles! I devoured this dish, just like the other one! 297 calories and 27g of protein! Winning!!! I loved both dishes I bought, and they rotate their menu online so you can pick and choose your meals. They have grab and go locations and also, if you order in advance, you can select a pick-up location closer to you and they'll have them ready the next week if you order by a certain day!
