To get from the parking area to the store, you just take the elevator one level down, and then you're right inside. You choose between whole wheat or white pita, and it's filled with scrambled eggs, your choice of fresh or sautéed spinach, and they add potatoes as well. Then they top it with shawarma chicken, tomato, and a delicious sauce. For $8.5 it was worth every bite. Hands down, a five out of five. I also tried their coffee, which was just a standard brew sitting in ice for hours and nothing special. At $2.50, it was fine, but nothing to write home about. The real stars were the cookies. I got a coconut pecan cookie and an almond crunch cookie, and both were absolutely delicious. I didn't have time to explore the whole store, but there was a great selection of fresh produce, chocolates, and all sorts of small treats. So one tiny sausage and biscuit per person. I didn't count the bacon but it was a similarly stingy portion. No one had more than two pieces. The eggs were bland. The potatoes were actually good. But overall, it was so embarrassing to have the food show up and it be these tiny trays of hardly any food for over $400. I would have been better off ordering individual dishes for each person from a local restaurant. I thought with the high Yelp and Google reviews I saw, this would be a safe bet! I also ordered a 20 mini pastries for $3.25 each which were like pastries you get at a 7/11. At least if you are overcharging, let the food be good and not like you unwrapped pastries from a Costco haul. Worst of all was the coffee which was watered down and disgusting. Everyone threw theirs out so I just dumped it. What an utter waste of money. Also they only sent 8 cups with the coffee even though the breakfast was for 20. Stingy and bland all around.
