I walked into Anita's in the beginning of December 2016 with a slight idea of what I had in mind for a gift to my girlfriend. Anita was very friendly and professional asked me my budget right off the bat. She then showed me some trendy pieces and few different pieces that fit what I was looking for. I liked the square cut (which I can now impress people by calling it a "princess cut") and wanted a Ruby to match her birthstone. I was a wreck about needing it cut, but my finger was changing colors so it needed to happen. The staff in Bernie Robbins went above and beyond; it was the best case scenario in a terrible situation. My ring was my grandmother's from 1953 with an engraving from my grandfather and the jeweler was very careful to preserve the ring. When the cutting slightly effected the engraving he took it upon themselves to weld the ring together so that everything lined up while I waited a bit of time to get it resized. When I asked how much I owed they said no charge! I couldn't believe it, I will 100% be going back for my jewelry needs (I already brought my husband in to show a new band I like)!
