The staff tried multiple times after 5 calls and three visits to get into their computer system to change the number on my filter orders so that I didn't get the old filter for my old machine that I had to send back to the CPAP company. After I sent the letter to the state AG, I got a snotty phone call from some guy named Sean, demanding to know what machine I was using. I told his staff several times the name of my machine and even brought it into this store to show them and they said they could not help me because they couldn't change it on the computer. In the meantime, my asthma condition worsened. I know you have to go here if you have MA, but find someplace else.

When I took my mom to Active Medical, Greg stayed in late for us and patiently helped us pick the right sized wheelchair. Greg also allowed my dad, who has backpain, to try out a scooter in case he needed help to walk as well. Right before the travel day, Greg let me pick up the wheelchair one day before the scheduled date, to save me a trip. Also, Active Medical provided me with a brand-new wheelchair when I explained that I was taking my parents to attend a graduation ceremony. This wheelchair had made it possible for my mom to attend my son's graduation and we are grateful for the outstanding service from Active Medical.

Nothing about it fits on my machine.. After having two other individuals attempt to make sense out of it and coming to the same conclusion that I had that it is not the right water chamber. There is no way it will fit on my machine. I called corner home Medical a second time got a different "customer service rep. And got the same results nothing but an argument and no resolution. It would be very simple for them to quit arguing and say let's fix this and get you the right water chamber instead they choose to argue talk down to you and you.
