My old CPAP needed to be replaced. Corner Home Medical gave me a "loaner" and started the process to secure a replacement CPAP for me. I was happy with the "loaner" and happy with the service I received at that time. A few weeks later I was contacted by CHM and informed that my "new" CPAP was ready to be picked up and that I should bring my "loaner" in and exchange it for the "new" CPAP. At the store I did a curiosity inspection of the "new" machine and I was assured by the salesperson that it was ready to go. I signed the paperwork and went on my merry way. That evening as set up the machine prior to going to bed I discovered that "new" machine was not new. In fact, it had not even been refurbished. (BCBS of MN covers the cost of refurbished CPAPs) As evidenced by the fact that the air filter in the machine was dirty. Upon further inspection I found a card with the name and address, of who I assumed, was the previous owner, now deceased, in the carrying case pocket. For the first 10 or more evenings when I started the CPAP up there was a musty odor, similar to that of an old motel smoking room, that was emitted during the first few minutes of operation. Prior to writing this review I sent a letter to the manger of the RW CHM store. I have received no response to date. I have not used my CPAP for the past five or so days because I have had a plugged nose and coughing which I can't help but wonder may have been on by use of an infected/dirty CPAP. read more

Requested a raised toilet set for elongated bowl and the sales person pulled the product and said this is what we needed. When we got it home it was for a round bowl. We called the store immediately, the associate that answered the phone said we could not return it and she was new and could not help us. She informed us that the sales person that had waited on us was at lunch and she would have her call us when she came back from lunch. We never received a call back. I feel this is poor customer service. The next day update: the representative called just as the reply post. Said they would. They were willing to work with us to come to a resolution. This call was handled with compassion and respect. They did exactly as they said they would. I am impressed that they move so quickly to resolve the situation and already had a plan formulated to prevent for any other customers. read more

I have gotten my last 2 breast pumps from this location in redwing. Both times Tina Umbaugh helped . She made both experiences very easy for me and was kind and caring . I have seen her with other customers as well and she does phenomenal. Grateful to have had her help and will be returning to her for any future needs from the company. read more

I called Corner Medical to see what kind of Lift chair they would have in leather and wide for my grandpa. I told the lady this is what I'm looking for. I told her that he is currently on Hospices.. But Hospices does not have the funds to offer him a chair. Then she wanted to use his insurance. I told her that we can't go through, because he is on Hospices. I told her several times that I was just going to purchase the chair out right today. The lady on the phone said, oh, I don't know if we have a chair what you are . I said that I will be in on (Tuesday) 1/29/2025 during my lunch and I will see what the Red WIng store has on the floor for wide lift chairs. Customer service isn't very good at all. When I got to the store on Tuesday to see what they had for a lift chair wide width. I found 2. I had the lady measure the width of the chair. She did. Then I asked her which chair I could get ASAP? She said oh, I don't know. I said could you check the warehouse and see what chair is availalbe and when it could be delivered to RIver Falls, WI. She said, there is a delivery fee. I said, I understand and I will pay it, not a problem. Then she said it would be 4-6 weeks before the lift chair could be delivered. I said, I can't wait that long. I asked her if I could purchase the chair off the floor. At first she didn't know if I could. I asked her if she could please check. I also, asked if they gave a discount since it was the floor model. She said, NO, we don't do that. I said, WOW. Most places do a discount for floor models. No not here. She said. you can take the chair today as is. She didn't even know where to the S/N. I had to find the S/N for her and read her the numbers. I side, I do not have the truck here and the trailer is frozen to the ground. And I also told her that I don't have anyone here to help me get it today. I can't put it in my Travrase. It won't fit. I said, can you hold the chair until tomorrow, so I can get my grandpa's credit card and I will be back tomorrow to pay for it in Full. She said, No we don't Hold lift chairs for anyone. I said, why?? She, said it is our policy. So, I ended up paying for the chair. She forgot to take off the discount for the Military discount. I asked her, to redo the sale with the discount. She said, I can't redo the sale and add the discount. She did NOT know how to figure out the discount. I figured out the discount and told her the discount price. The chair was delivered .Thank you John for working with me to get the chair delevied ASAP. I asked her to call with any changes with the price, because she didn't know for sure how to do the sale correctly. NO phone call back to her about any changes and there better not be any changes to my credit card. NOT Good Customer Service at all. I will NEVER be back there or recommend this place to anyone. read more
