My friends kept telling me to go here instead of Pendleton nails but the first time I ever went was probably 2015-2016 and I had a not great experience there. Then I finally caved when I was in town visiting and I asked for Peter. Holy hell that was a good experience. Thoroughly impressed. Where I live now they don't massage you after and that hand massage felt amazing. Some people are weird about pricing but I went to cosmetology school and I know how valuable their time is. I upped my review by a star as this pedicure lasted a whole month! We are traveling and I just did not have time to get a pedicure in between so Great job on the polish!!! There was a bit of a language barrier but they did a nice job! I asked most specifically that they use no cuticle lotion (because I am allergic) but it was still used on one foot. So hope I won't totally react to this later... The reason I gave them a 3 was partly because of cleanliness of the salon( the entry was in the rear parking lot or off the street) and the floors were a dirty, the use of cuticle lotion and the gentleman handed me a list of "choices" for my services. So I chose the least expensive (only because so many of their services involved products that I was worried about because of my allergies) and when I got done the bill was an additional $6 but they sent me home with the supplies they used on my pedicure. I am ok paying for these items as I know they only used on me. But tell me that in your description of services I will also be paying for my supplies. Again I am ok to pay for things you self home with me! But all in all they did a good job! read more

My girlfriend and I decided to meet up for pedicures for a moms date. Having read other reviews online & being from out of town I called ahead and scheduled 2 pedicures for 1030a. We showed up abt 5mins early and waited almost 20mins before we were invited to take our seats. There was a noticeable language barrier but the technician was friendly so it wasn't awkward. She made sure the water temperature and pressure were both comfortable. I gave 3 stars because my girlfriend had to wait even longer once we were seated which I feel kinda defeats the purpose of making the apptointment. It took an addition +20mins before another tech came to start her pedicure. They were pretty busy, being 1 of 2 salons in town & going off other reviews they seem to take a lot of walk-ins. The atmosphere was comfortable and friendly, however BE PREPARED to pay for your supplies in the event you don't BRING IN YOUR OWN (this would've been nice to know ahead of time since I have my own) Overall the pedicure was good and we enjoyed our visit. read more

Went in for a full set, was in and out within an hour. I didn't have a wait time but I also called on the way over. Nail shape and nails themselves are beautiful. The paint job could've been a little better, she missed the sides on a few nails. Other than that I was very happy with the service and my nails! This place was disgusting. A much older gentleman missing the majority of his teeth gave my granddaughter a pedicure. I watched so close my stomach hurt. We had an appt for 3 pedicures at 1:00PM almost 20 minuets later they started 2 of the pedicures and another 15 minutes later started the 3rd. They rushed through the entire pedicure and did not remove the callus and only massaged for about a minute all together. When asked to fix a spot they missed on painting they acted like it was a huge inconvenience. We were highly dissatisfied with the the services we received. Would not recommend coming here unless you want a mediocre pedicure with horrible customer service. read more

I'm almost 36 weeks pregnant and a licensed nail tech and this place is fantastic!!!! I always feel like pedicures are a waste of money but since I can't reach my feet and they are all swollen and achey I decided to get one here. The man who gave me my pedicure was so attentive and nice and took his time with my pedi! And can I say that the sanitation at this place is the best I've seen! Absolutely wonderful and I felt like the $53 I spent for my deluxe pedi with gel polish and little kit was worth every freaking penny! read more

Went in at 11:55 for my appointment at 12. Didn't actually get seated with the nail tech until shortly after 1. She complained and tried to talk me out of getting longer nails because she had someone who wanted to come in at 3:30. I had beads of acrylic hanging off my nails that dripped onto her hands in which she proceeded with my nails. I left with a thin layer of acrylic around my fingers. She continuously hit my cuticles with the electric file, most of my fingers were bleeding when I left and she complained about the bleeding. She continuously kept showing me things on YouTube because she "thought I was single so she was taking her time" until my son came in. cost me $70 plus a tip. Won't ever come back and ended up canceling an appointment for my mother on Mother's Day and will be looking for a more appropriate nail salon read more

Not realizing that the certificates expired in June 2017 I called and told the lady on the phone that they expired, she said to bring them down so we did. when we got there they would not accept them.. we were so bummed and mad.. the gift cost my mom $45 a certificat. She got 3 ($135).. I work Monday - Friday and then in the weekends I work on my place and then my moms ranch so I have little time to spare.. I just left the place and I am sooo disappointed. I asked for the regular pedicure ($25) and they have this kit for you to keep. "Is for your own protection" well that kit is 3 dollars more. What they have in the bad cost less that $2. They didn't said anything about the chargers. Sorry but no tip for this place. Plus they were on a hurry and she forgot to clean some of the nail polish from my skin. I posted a picture of the kit. Make sure you buy this before you go. I don't recommend this place. read more

My friend and myself made an appointment several days in advance for pedicures and I scheduled a manicure on June 19th. On arrival it was clear there was some tension. Another friend of ours was there just finishing her pedi and said they were in a huge lather because someone called to ask if they had time to do three pedicures together at the same time as we were to arrive. There was one other woman there getting a manicure. There were three people working.They didn't even greet us for several minutes making us feel unwanted. Finally when the main gentleman asked he kept asking if we had just called. I repeated several times that we had an appointment. It seemed very unwelcome that I also wanted a manicure. He gestured to our seats. A young woman started on my feet and quickly became annoyed that I had gel polish on. She filed and scraped and spoke angrily to her boss or co worker. I asked her if next time I could prepare better? She ignored me. The boss or whatever he is started on my friends toes 10 or more minutes after mine started. He literally acted like he was on way too much caffeine . It became comical how fast he was trying to go! Her pedicure surely set a speed record. The three people who clearly had called walked in and sent them all over the edge. They couldn't finish us faster or make us feel like we were unwelcome more unless they shoved us out the door. Another three people walked in and wanted pedicures too. Rather than tell the call ins they would need to wait, and the walk ins that they REALLY would need to wait, they selfishly tried to do us all in record time. My gal finished my pedi and had me move to a nail chair. She was so damn rough and did everything without barely looking at my hands. Had me uncomfortably twisted so she could use the light to dry my toes and do my fingers at the same time. She cut my nails short it hurt. She didn't listen or care to get anything I said translated. Did whatever she wanted and dismissed me. This was not my first time there. I have tried them 3 times. I have yet to receive a relaxing or enjoyable experience. I paid $93 for what felt like an assault. I tipped because I have worked in customer service and just can't bring myself not to or be publicly rude. However, I won't go back. Ever. And I won't suggest anyone to go there either. EVER. read more

Allison --- I wonder if he gave you a bad pedicure? or if you had a bad one because in your opinion he was a nasty old man? I also wonder if you are spoiled and have had everything handed to you your whole life or if you are just rude? I happened to have worked with that man you say those things about and he is a very hard worker so I doubt that he was trying to mess up your day by any means or that he was not trying his best to please someone that obviously can't be happy no matter what. It is already hard to be in a woman's profession let alone have to go through what that man did to get retrained so he could have a job close to his wife and family after losing a job due to a plant closure that he thought he would retire from. So before you go being a jerk on the internet maybe you should have a little compassion for people and think about someone other than yourself for once and if he wasn't doing it right maybe you should have talked to him about it and resolved the issue instead of dragging someone down because they are not perfect.
