Went in for an eyebrow wax, told the person I didn't want them thin or straight across, and she still thinned them out after saying "I'll try". Then I told her they were too thin and she argued with me. Also, I'm from a big city, 10-15 for an eyebrow wax at a nail salon is typical, 19 dollars for a 3 minute service here. They refuse to take Gel polish off by soaking so they basically ripped all my nails off as they prayed off my gel let the with lumps and bumps in my polish and my nails shorter than they have been in years! If lol you have your own nails stay away from here! read more

Made an appointment for my mom and I, our appointment got written down as two full sets but i only wanted gel initially, so when i asked to change my mind and get acrylic I didn't think it would be a big deal..it was apparently. They seem to be overbooking a lot. Was cut three times and had a skin tag ripped off (i have dry cuticles so the skin around my nails rips up easily). Wasn't offered an option for shape, and all I got was basic white with glitter flakes...$61. Also got my eyebrows and lip waxed which came out to another $21. I have given Pendleton Nails about 10 chances. I will never go back there. Usually the are talking to each other in Vietnamese and ignoring me. Today the lady, I don't know any of their names because they don't tell you, she was so busy watching her iPad that she got the wrong color nail Polish. When I called her on it she tried to convince me the she had the right color. I asked for number 193 she had 195 & 185. I ended up with red glitter nails instead of a light purple/brown. Never again will I go to Pendleton nails. There are too many other choices in Pendleton. read more

I went in for a scheduled mani/pedi. While I was getting the pedicure a lady came over and started my manicure. It was pretty uncomfortable trying to balance the light that drys your gel polish on my knee while getting my pedicure but I didn't say anything. There were big mess ups on my gel but they assured me after they put the top cot on you wouldn't see it. Now 3 days after manicure my gel has already peeled off! I'll never go back to them as I had a bad experience last time but thought I'd give them another chance! read more

Drove an hour from La grande because everything is closed apparently on Sunday's. Definitely never going back. The polish and paint job was good. But the pedicure part and massage was horrible. Charged me 46 dollars with a regular pedicure and taking gel off. Not impressed and never going back. Also it smelt like cigarettes because all the employees smoke which didn't help the situation. read more

I have never been somewhere that is soooo rude! My friend and I went to get pedicures done before she left for college and we didn't even get to sit near each other when we could have. Then during the middle of my friends pedicure the lady got up and went to wax people and left her sitting there for 20 minutes. Horrible service would never recommend or go back. read more

I was traveling through Pendelton 4-6-2015 phoned Pendelton Nail Salon for an appointment. When I arrived at appointed time they had not written my appointment down, after a short wait they took me. I had three people working on me for a manicure and pedicure. They cut my toenails so short it hurt. Another man did my manicure, he was extreamly rude in his communication and was watching TV while doing my manicure. He clipped my cuticles and five of my fingers bleed. He also used implements that he kept in his table draw, I ask him about sanitation and he gave me some story about just keeping them there. He didn't care that he cut me, however he did say sorry about that! when I told him my fingers hurt. The third person a lady painted a flower design on my two big toes. I ask this lady if she spoke English and she said why? I explained to her my complaint and she couldn't have cared less. I couldn't wait to get out of this unprofessional business. The total charge for this horrible service was $85.00 dollars. Good sanitation is a must in any salon, customer service should always be present. The service rendered should be presentable with no harm caused. This salon receives a fail on all accounts. read more
