I went there with a dental emergency as my back Crown had fallen out of my last upper tooth. Less than a month ago I had dental cleaning there and no problems with that tooth. After waiting a while the dentist showed up and after looking at the tooth she told me not waste money on replacing the crown and just to have the tooth pulled. She insisted that was the only choice sending me on my way with the sharp shards of the tooth biting into my cheek and wanted me to go to her oral surgeon. When I told her Just to fill the tooth or put in a temporary filling she refused. She insisted that this tooth which was causing no pain had to be pulled... The doctors and front desk staff are great. The billing department is terrible. I paid out of pocket in full for a service, and I have a balance due to me from a payment my insurance company paid Perfect Smiles. I have been trying to get the money returned to me for 11 months. I have called about eight times. Each time I have been told that they will have to speak with their supervisor and call me back. They have never called me back once. I call them and have to start all over again. I have never seen such a low level of customer service in my life. read more

I came here to say this office exceeds my expectations. The environment and staff are all incredibly welcoming and they all love what they do. I had the pleasure of meeting Emma on my first visit, who guided me through my first visit and did my X rays- she was great! Dr Power conducted my fillings and tooth polishing and I would highly recommended him. The team does not pressure you into making decisions and they are informative on what choices you have. The staff was entirely transparent about pricing/insurance. Lastly, the office is comfortable and well equipped (almost like a spa) to make you actually not mind being at the dentist. I have been going to this office for a couple of years. After major issues with my child, I was contacted by the office manager, who was obviously frustrated having to deal with a strong willed parent. Upon explaining my situation she only seemed to escalate to the point where she stated, um my geesh you're very difficult. After telling me she called my current dentist for diagnoses and my explaining she had no right to do that and to never call on my children again, she was even more rude and attempted to degrade me. Although she has held this job for 13 years (as she mentioned numerous times) she should not be in her position. Her tone was very demeaning, rude and unprofessional. Stay away! read more

Absolute WORSTE dental office!!! I experienced several dental issues with procedures needing to be redone while going there and still stuck it through for the "gentle atmosphere". However, the final straw is that I had a dental emergency and the dentist scheduled me for an extraction 2 weeks out and then cancelled it at the time of the appointment and stated that he would be more comfortable if I saw an oral surgeon while I was 1 min away from arriving at the appointment! Clearly he was disgruntled that I did not go for his recommended upswell procedures of a Crown and most likely Root canal!!! If you value the actual work done on your teeth and a genuine office staff STAY AWAY! It is not worth the "Comfort"--- 0 Stars would be accurate! read more

I had the same experiences other people had **make sure u read the not recommended reviews below-they tell the truth abt this place** This willb the 3rd year that I had a cleaning @ beg of year (which always turns into an extended appt where they do as much as possible: all xrays measure gums etc because the insurance $$ is renewed at beginning of year!) and then they say ok we will send in recommended work to insurance for a pre-estimate. But they don't do it ! the first couple years they blamed the ins company- "they sent it but DeltaDental must have lost it" and did nothing to resolve it. The next year it was an oversight oh sorry we'll do it today, Now its year 4 and my insurance has recvd NOTHING in all that time !? I have a couple small cavities & need work on another tooth so I'm sure those are worse now -but I shouldn't have to call & email them over & over every year in order for the estimate to get submitted. I have double coverage too. Maybe they arent going to make any money off me? Idk what the problem is but I am very exasperated w/those people. Also they DO always try to upsell you with electric toothbrushes or flouride or waterpik. The last time I went the hygenist offered the optional flouride treatment for free 'per Dr A' but then I got billed for it !? The sedation method they use is a rubber cup strapped to yr nose & is very uncomfortable. The water they use in yr mouth comes out of a refillable jug?? It ran out one time and i had to wait for it to be removed and taken away to get refilled? Somehow that doesn't seem sanitary to me. Also they wear gloves but touch everything in sight, then put the dirty gloves in your mouth. Not good. I'm not going back. Thanks but no thanks. read more

I should've smelled a rat when I arrived & there was a "goodie bag"* with a travel mug, toothbrush, & 2 "$100 off" cards waiting for me. I also got a "grand tour" of bathrooms, which was odd. Seemed gimmicky for a medical office. I made an appointment based on Yelp reviews as someone new to the area. I wanted a cleaning & an over all check up. I will admit it had been a couple of years since I had a dental visit so I was way overdue. A tech came and met with me and took x-rays. She tried to take actual photos, but the machine was down- she tired twice- each time lowering my chair down, only to raise me back up because the camera wasn't working. After a *very* brief look at my teeth, she let me know that while she "could" do a cleaning, it really wouldn't matter until I got many other procedures done first. So she talked me out of a cleaning that day, and suggested I come in for all of the procedures I needed(which were yet to be determined, so...presumptuous, or a set up?), which would be great because I could be "under sedation", and not even remember anything that had happened! That statement alone is creepy. I had to wait for the doctor, who took almost 30 minutes to come to my room. In the meantime, the tech tried to use this god forsaken camera again(still no luck), asked me about my day(again), and basically did absolutely ZERO. She then let me know the doctor AND THE PERSON WHO HANDLES FINANCING would be in the room shortly... why on earth did the financial person need to sit in on my exam??? The doctor was kind enough(Dr. Patel), but not comforting, considering they specialize in nervous clients. She again dipped me down for photos(4th time if you're counting!), and was able to snap pics of my clearly rotting, horrific teeth(not true, but you'll see why I said that). Doc exited, and left me in the capable hands of the financial expert, tour guide, and dental exam supervisor- here's the punch line- after being in this office for one hour & 45 minutes, with ZERO procedures done except x-ray(and flipping "photos"), the estimate for what I "needed" was...TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!! Did you read that right?? TEN(10) THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! I have great credit and no financing was offered. I choked and said, "do people actually pay you this amount of money??" and financier/tour guide/dental expert just shrugged. And, as an extra annoyance, she kept calling me "dear". She also said she wished she could dye her hair pink too, but she worked in a "professional"dental office...was I tripping? So, I grabbed my estimate, my bag, my 10 THOUSAND DOLLAR travel mug, and my mangled teeth and walked out the door. Had the last couple of hours really happened? I got home, found a private practice willing to actually help me with my dental issues for a bloody fraction of the price. PERFECT SMILES IS THE PERFECT SCAM. DO NOT VISIT THEM. I wouldn't even consider this place a dental office, it's actually more like a Spa LOL (seriously guys, they have heated & massage exam chairs & headphones to watch a movie while getting your work done..like WHO DOES THAT!?). I actually recommended a few people who are now patients there. The amenities are endless. I always feel so welcomed and comfortable. I can't remember how to spell this patient care coordinators name, I think it started with "Cly..." he was the young African American man at the front desk, he was awesome! So down to earth & funny. And Brittney as well who was chairside. I honestly felt like I could have talked to her for hours! The dentist I had was kind as well and when I didn't realize I was having a certain procedure he worked with me so effortlessly regarding fees. I'm honestly just soooo happy because I'm 28 and still terrified of the dentist. And anyone who can relate can understand what it's like to finally go to an office that they don't have panic attacks driving to. PROS: -Hardly any waiting time to be seen -Covid-19 Protocols followed -Professional, down to earth Staff & Knowledgable dentists -Beautiful, clean office -Great environment CONS: -Pricing is slightly higher than most offices (but I always say "You get what you pay for". And you are DEFINITELY getting what you pay for here, it's 100% worth it. In fact, I don't have insurance and in the process of looking for a new plan. I admit I had a great first time experience but it went down hill very quickly. I called and confirmed that I had a second cleaning appointment months later. They agreed that it was for Sat. morning, 9:oo. But what they didn't tell me it was in two weeks. Not that weekend. When I showed up I was greeted by nothing more than the cleaning crew. When I finally had my appointment I was hit with a borage of charges of things I never agreed to putting my cleaning bill float to 400.oo. After getting just a cleaning I was settling with the receptionist (paying cash) when I was told she had no change and I'd have to over-pay and they'd credit my account. Sorry, you're a buisness. I left the practice years ago due to poor service, but my wife insisted on staying with our daughters. Yesterday my wife came home from her Perfect Smiles appointment telling me that she had enough money in her account to cover a large dental expense. This surprised my wife so she stopped at the receptionist on her way out to ask about her balance (spoiler: as of today her balance sheet shows WELL OVER $1500 in her "dental" account). When she initially asked about her balance, my wife tells me that the receptionist looked up her info, BLUSHED, and started looking for other people to help determine the balance. They did NOT reveal her balance to her. She had to go back today, which is when they showed her a +$1500 credit in October 2016. So, into the 4th year since that ALLEGED mistake, Perfect Smiles continues to base every recommendation for dental work on a huge balance. Yet, over these years with this balance, Perfect Smiles NEVER informed my wife of this balance. In fact, the practice has asked my wife for huge out-of-pocket payments as well!!!! At one time her balance was OVER $2400 dollars due to an out-of-pocket payment over $600!!!! My wife took it up with them today. She has a PRINTOUT that says her balance is over $1800 (over the course of more than 3 years, her balance was never below $1400!!!!). But, then someone "said" that her balance is less and they "wrote" with their hand a tiny balance, less than $200. read more

When I got a filling, the doctor cracked my tooth and then didn't own up to the fact they HE did it and wanted to charge me for it. The wait time can be long. Oh Southcoast Smiles, I wanted to love you. I really did. From the moment I spied the free chapstick on the table and the minibar fridge filled with free beverages I thought I had finally found the practice that would work for me. It also helped that they accepted my insurance (which apparently no one else does in the area) and offered sedation dentistry as I am a -highly- anxious patient with a history of literally fainting in the chair. I was greeted with a welcome bag full of goodies and was taken into an open room for my initial consultation. (I've had a cracked tooth for months now & knew I was approaching the realm of root canals.) Everything was sleek, modern and classy. The assistant was extremely friendly and took great care in xraying my teeth. Unfortunately this is where I began to experience a noticeable difference aside from the cosmetics between Southcoast and my previous dentists at Franklin Dental. For one thing, despite relying on very new, sleek technology, the xrays took well over 30 minutes (sure, Franklin didn't have the newest computerized advances but xrays there took around five minutes at most). Bewteen the dentist observing the images, looking into my mouth, explaining what was wrong and the xrays themselves, it was about an hour. Still, no serious problem there. I was informed I needed a deep cleaning, several cavities filled and of course the root canal. No cost was ever presented to me at this point or at least a head's up that this could be expensive. I was told it was easiest to knock me out and do everything at once. All hyped up and ready to get things scheduled, I was escorted to a large conference room in the back around 11:30 (the office computers were down apparently) with one of the insurance coordinators to go over the costs. At this point, things went downhill. While she seemed friendly enough, it literally took around an hour for her to figure out why the computers weren't working. Eventually after having a coworker explain things, she went over the costs after my insurance.. which was astounding to say the least. (Over $3,000 for the root canal and a few cavities!) It was indicated to me that insurance "doesn't pay" the cost associated with general anesthesia with no other explanation. (Never mind I've had it done before elsewhere, 100% covered and for far, far less than what they were billing for.) When I asked if there were any other ways to break up the procedures, she fiddled around with the numbers to see how it would work, albeit a little confused when I told her the root canal had to be done first due to the pain associated with it. Hours passed. Ultimately it was decided that I would skip the general anesthesia, get the root canal sedated with a benzo that would be called to my pharmacy and worry about the cavities later. Scheduling the procedure dragged things out even longer: I'm in the middle of getting ready for major back surgery and tried to express I couldn't really get the root canal done after August 27th.. which of course, it was scheduled for after August 27th anyway. It was a little after 2:30 by the time we left, no apology, nothing. I received a call about an hour later advising the two medications were being called into my pharmacy... which winded up just being the antibiotic the following day. (They never called in the anxiety medication for the day of the procedure.) The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. When I eventually went to see Dr. Harrison (-the- man) he was in disbelief at the cost they were billing me and found a practice -outside of my network- willing to do the root canal at an out of pocket cost of around $300 (after what my insurance covered). Granted their facilities are totally sleek and modern and if you're only going for routine maintenance you'll probably have a good experience.. but otherwise, I would definitely compare prices with other practices. I'm also still not exactly sure why my visit literally took hours... it came across as unprofessional. read more

I have a pretty intense dental anxiety issue. We're talking Really Bad: panic attacks, black outs, hyperventilating anxiety issue. I hadn't been to a dentist in eight years because my last experiences were so, so bad. But my dental insurance is running out soon and I am aware how much work I probably needed to get done. I didn't want to talk to people about it, or hear all the terrible things I did wrong or didn't do; I was afraid of being judged and talked down to. I was afraid of the pain. Ultimately, I'm really glad I came here. When I felt my anxiety rising, I called them the day before my appointment. The receptionist -- who is the sweetest dental hygienist in the world named Meredith -- thanked me for calling her and dealing with this instead of not showing up. They were able to prescribe me anti-anxiety medication to take before my appointment. I still freaked out at my appointment. It was difficult for me, but every step of the way they asked me if I was okay, if there was anything they could do, and they were exceedingly gentle. They offered sedation dentistry for people like me who just can't deal with being in that chair, no matter how easy everything is. They are definitely expensive. My dental insurance only covers a smidgen of the work I needed done, but they have been amazing about working with me and making priorities for my health and for my self-esteem. They don't offer payment plans, but they do have a dental credit company they work with, and they do have a dental insurance plan which will cover 20% of any procedure. But when you're in a situation like mine, it's worth the money to finally be able to do work on my mouth without being devastated by fear. It's been really tough for me on a myriad of different levels, but they've been there for me the whole time. It's significant enough that I'm talking about it here, and I sure do hate discussing my dental woes, even with my friends. So yeah: if you're like me, these are your people. I promise. read more

The office is clean and the staff is accommodating, however I have concern about techs and assistants doing dental procedures. I recently had a crown placed and needed an adjustment. One of the assistance did this work, drilling on my teeth to balance my bite, telling me a filling should be replaced. Dr. A'Hearn (sp) did this composite filling in 2016 along with an onlay that he told me was a porcelain crown, but that's another story. She also told me I had a cavity in another tooth. Anyway, I told her I just had X-rays in Dec. at another dental office and nothing showed that I need replacement or had a cavity. In fact when I saw Dr Shilpa, whom I love, I asked her why the tech would say such a thing. She thoroughly checked the teeth and said it was fine just a little stain, she didn't know why she suggested that. This was upsetting to me. It was also a lie. Another experience was a brush and bond procedure. I have a sensitive tooth due to recession at the gum line and was told this would help. This is a vigin tooth and I did not want to drill on it to place a filling. Was told they brush in the notch and cure with light and should help for a few weeks to a few months. OK. appointment made. Again not a dentist, but an assistant did the work, ON THE WRONG TOOTH. The bush and bond was applied all over my new crown, cured with light, as well as the virgin tooth, but avoided the notch. I had to go back after the film peeled off on the drive home. ANOTHER assistant did the second application. That virgin tooth now feels rough and etched all up. The new crown is rough at the margin as well ,and doesn't feel as slick and smooth. This is so disturbing to me. They charge $1,400 fro a crown BTW. Why didn't Dr. Shilpa do this? She was there and told me her schedule was loose for the day, and i did in fact have an appointment for the brush and bond. Clearly the tech was not educated on technic as they talked over me about it while I was in the chair, still she was left alone to do this. I need a more personal relationship with my dentist, I need a DR. to do drilling and procedures on me, after all this is not a school and I am not to be practiced on. I was hoping to have Dr. Shilpa do my bridge, however I am hesitant now due to my experiences. I really don't think I will be returning for that. I feel like I am being tossed around to whom ever is free at that moment, when all I want is a one on one with a dentist that I can trust to treat me. read more

I was introduced to SCS about four months ago when I went in for an initial consultation. I'd been putting off some dental work for a long time and was trying to find a dentist to help me get 'caught up'. Like many people, I hate going to the dentist and have had a variety of experiences over the years ranging from fair to poor. Since I had a lot of work to get done this time as well as some anxiety, I opted for a sedation visit. A first for me. When I arrived for my appointment at SCS, I immediately noticed a different vibe. First off, they've gone to great lengths to make you feel as comfortable as possible (in a dentist's office). Providing a good 'patient experience' is obviously a priority and they've done an excellent job creating a relaxed and accommodating environment. Everyone I interacted with had a professional and compassionate nature. From the receptionist to my dentist, I never felt anyone was just going through the motions but instead were genuinely nice, caring people. I've now had two sedation appointments as well as several phone calls and meetings with Meredith who coordinates the procedures. She was a huge help and was very knowledgeable and patient when answering all my questions. Dr. Kuchar, who treated me, was exceptionally good and got a surprising amount of work done in each of my two appointments. After my first appointment I went back for a follow up visit to review the work they'd done. I appreciated that she and her whole 'team' were there to review what had been completed and what was still outstanding. The sedation experience itself was great and I'm confident it was handled in a very safe and professional manner. I have no memory of what took place and consider myself a sedation 'convert' after this experience. I felt a little groggy and had some mild pain for the next 12 to 24 hours but that was a small price to pay. The only negative I can offer from the whole experience is that I was required to pay for the procedures in full, up front. I gather this is standard practice for elective medical/dental procedures. Even so, allowing patients to withhold a small payment pending completion might be a nice customer relations practice. Anyway it's a small issue. I plan to have more work done at SCS over the coming months and will update my review as appropriate. I can only hope my subsequent visits are as good as what I've experienced so far. In short, I highly recommend SCS and hope everyone has the same positive experience that I did! read more

The dental tech was nonstop upselling the services from the second I sat down,like she's working on commission. I decline as politely as possible,again and again,and still she persists. She then proceeds to do the most slipshod cleaning I've ever had. This is a Terrible practice. Go elsewhere. read more

About ten years ago, after many bad dentist experiences, I found out about sedation dentistry, and finally had work done that was long overdue. Then two years ago my dentist retired. I wish him well, but now was desperate to find another dental practice that would accommodate my needs. Southcoast Smiles is that practice. I've been with them for about a year now, check-ups and cleanings, and just had my first sedation appointment to have some other work done. Dr. Miranda is wonderful, as is the entire staff of assistants, hygienists and the administrative staff. The atmosphere when you enter the office is professional and soothing, as are the work areas. My sedation appointment last week was perfect, and the next day my mouth felt so good that I could hardly believe it! I recently took my son for a cleaning. After his cleaning his hygienist said she saw shadowing so she wanted the dentist to take a look. At this point he was scared and crying so several other hygienists came over to look too. They concluded that he had multiple cavities and referred us elsewhere and said he would most likely need to be fully sedated at the hospital for this procedure. Long story short - I was terrified for my child, he was terrified of the dentist. We brushed his teeth at home the next day and the shadowing magically disappeared. I kept the appointment with the referral and they confirmed there was absolutely nothing wrong with his teeth. Perfect smiles scared both of us for no reason, not to mention I had to take time out of work and school and pay $$ for the consult at this other office when there was absolutely nothing wrong with his teeth. I called perfect smiles to explain what happened and they assured me that a manager would call - they never did. So not only was our experience terrible they never called to try to make it right. I understand that mistakes happen but there were SEVERAL hygienists and a dentist with us that day - my family will definitely not be returning to perfect smiles. read more

I was curious about this, since it would need to be a fairly significant credit, and I was on edge since just this summer I paid roughly $1400 for two crowns. So, I stopped at the receptionist on my way out to ask about my balance (spoiler: as of today my balance sheet shows a $1839.47 credit in my account). When I initially asked about my balance, the receptionist looked up my info, BLUSHED, and started looking for other people to help determine the balance. He did NOT reveal what my balance was. I did not understand why this was a difficult question to answer, but I wanted to get to work. I went back today, however, which is when the receptionist showed me a $1856 credit posted to my account in October 2016. She asked if I had ever made a sedation appointment and canceled it...and if I used CareCredit. I said no, and no. She continued by saying that the credit must have gone on my account by accident. In pencil, after some calculations, she determined that my actual credit was approx.. $172. Wait, what? I have visited the office 20 times (I counted...) since that credit appeared. Was someone else missing their $1856.? I've paid over $1600 since that credit appeared, and no one mentioned that my account credit, as it appeared on my balance sheet, could have covered that. Instead, everyone who took my payments did so even though they were looking at a negative balance (sometimes as large as -$2627.88) This looks like terrible bookkeeping, at best, and practices that could cost customers thousands of dollars. read more

Had a no pain cleaning with free fluoride treatment. Felt like they should have been paid more. In short, be very careful if you go there. My son went there for teeth whitening and they said he had to be a patient. Since he was due for a cleaning anyway, we decided to give them a try. They discovered three cavities that needed filling and he let them (Not positive I believe there were actually 3 fillings but since I was not there, I can't say for sure.) When he told me the bill he had paid with my credit card, I was astounded. I understand you have to pay for the "white" filling, but their charges were absurd...three times what my regular dentist charges. When I called them and told them I felt "duped," they agreed to refund half of the amount that Delta would not cover. I have called and been in several times, and they always promise to refund it, but they never have. The whitening was fine as far as appearance, but my son did have pain for over four months. It seems to have subsided now. If you feel you need to use them, I would certainly ask for the bill first. They have you once they have done the work and even their promises to rectify the problems are left unfulfilled. read more

I had a cleaning with them yesterday - There was literally no wait. The dentist I saw was very thoughtful and cared about my comfort. She even dimmed the lights so I could feel more relaxed. She was very thorough with her cleaning and I was very happy with the service there overall. read more

Yes, dental care will be expensive sooner or later, however, its not going to get cheaper so suck it up and take care of your ORAL needs right now $$$$ and don't look back. Everyday you waste NOT taking the leap is a day gone by because of a TOOTH or 2, 3, 4, etc.! The care here is exemplary. They, as individuals, and as a team will do whatever it takes to get it done. My last visit was an 'emergency' to ME which translated into being just as urgent to THEM! The work that fell apart was that of a former mediocre dentist in Somerset, not SCSS. They took charge like it was their responsibility. Dedicated to your needs-people. One client at a time. SCSS's Dr. Patel and Brittany D.A. had a full day of clients before they saw me that day AND pulled it together to get me a complete repair in under 2 hrs. Dr. Patel didn't skip a beat with her booked clients. I had a painless intense procedure and I never doubted her for a moment, and I have never met her before this. Brittany, went over and above to make me a 'temporary' right in front of me that I couldn't believe was really happening, she is an ARTIST commanded by the most delicate work. Nothing compares, however, Brittany surpasses any Dental Lab work I have ever seen and I've been dealing with teeth problems due to an childhood accident, for 61 years. This past Saturday, I chipped my front tooth on a coffee mug. It was SO small, barely noticeable! I went to my normal dentist on Monday (NOT Southcoast Smiles), and they filed my broken tooth. When they showed me the results, I burst into tears. They filed too much of the tooth, and I was mortified. I've never had issues with my teeth, ever, and I felt like they completely ruined my smile. I left the office and was never offered any other solution. That same day, a friend of mine recommended that I try Southcoast Smiles. With the snowstorm on Tuesday, I assume the office was closed, but I left a message and someone got back to me first thing yesterday. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00 PM, and I was greeted so nicely upon walking in. I can't remember the name of the girl who was at the front desk, but she was so sweet. Then, I saw Kendra and Dr. Patel. These two women were so wonderful to me. I explained the situation, and they appeared appalled when I told them how I was treated at the office I formerly went to. They took their time with me, and were so patient and kind! I cannot express how amazing these two were, and how much happier I am with my smile now. They simply smoothed and polished both of my front teeth, and while they don't look perfect, they look a million times better than before! I actually wanted to cry from happiness -- not sadness or terror! You truly have a great team! Thank you so much! I'm moving to California at the end of May, so I will probably not be back to the office, but I will certainly be recommending Southcoast Smiles to all of my friends and family in Southern New England! read more

If you are as dental phobic as I am, then this office is for you. Dr Joy is as her name and the really great thing is all of the staff care, right down to the people at the desk. Relax the sedation helps and the staff understands dental Phobics My biggest fear is the medal pick used in teeth cleanings and on top of that I have Tmj. Ashley not only could work with my Tmj, but is so gentle with the pick making me believe that the pick is not to fear, the person who has it in their hand is responsible for your experience. I cannot write enough how much I am grateful for all of the staff and their caring and their compassion. Ashley is my hygienist for life and Dr Joy is my dentist for life that is how awesome my experience was. Just remember their is sedation and believe in the staff. You will do just fine. read more

My first visit was awesome, they were very friendly and pretty much gentle. I was told I had a few old cavity fillings that needed to be replaced. The recommendation was to have a procedure they call over lays. My insurance company does not pay for this. My first reaction was lets find another way to fix this. I made an appointment because one of the old fillings was bothering me. So it begins: I received an e-mail confirming my appointment at 2 PM ( the time I made the appointment for) The next day I received it the same e-mail. Then I received another one confirming my appointment for 3 PM. So I call and to find out what this was about, the women said. " we have you for 3PM. OK so Strike 1, my appointment was for 2 PM. When I got there, they were set up to do a tooth I didn't even want to have done that day, just the one bothering me. The Dr. wasn't any to happy when I said I was not doing the overlay procedure, it would have cost me over $ 2000 out of pocket. I stated can we just do a regular filling, She wasn't happy but said yes. THe assistant I thought was going to rip my mouth open she was so rough. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!! After I was finished they brought me to the front desk to check out, to find out this cost me over $500 out of pocket. They never mentioned the insurance company does to pay for white fillings it would cost me as much as it did. I can not believe they charge that much out of pocket expense. I would like to thank Kendra for being so professional at the front desk in the office. Also I had a crown done by Dr. Tracy and his assistant was Britney V and I would like to let everybody know the procedure went perfect I have had no issues with my crown and my past 2 crowns and I want to thank the staff for being professional kind understanding and caring this is my third crown in less than a year with this dental office and I am 100% satisfied.
