This place is a joke if you have state insurance. Just because it looks nice on the outside doesn't mean they have their business together. Pick somewhere else if you can as I'm reporting my experience to the provider. I received multiple text messages that my sons appt was at a specific time, I confirmed every single one. I arrive at the time to find out his appt was a half an hour earlier. I showed the receptionist to which she replied that they would not be using the text service in the new year. Okay? But how is that my fault? It's not, but he's was rescheduled anyway. I now, have to take him out of school again and wait a month. I think this place likes breaks and to bill time not spent. Showed up to my appointment today to be told that there was no appointment scheduled, and the appointment was scheduled a day before even tho appointment was confirmed for today 6/26. Lizbeth at the front wanted to reschedule my appointment asking for my demographics because according to her she did not have my information?! I was impressed to see how she opted not to install the crown she had ordered. She, in a very respectful manner explained that although I felt comfortable, she was not pleased with the fitting. She explained that for her was not a matter of installing it and sending me on my way. Dr. Gilardetti also said that it was in accordance with the high level of standards and ethic she places on the procedures she performs. We love Dr. Sanchez. We love her transparency and honesty. I am uncertain about what others are saying and why re: pricing. We do have insurance, perhaps that's the difference -- we've only ever had to pay office co-pays so far. We have a young son whose front teeth are very crooked due to a stray extra tooth that grew into his palate very close to his front teeth. Before we saw Dr. Sanchez, we were told that fixing his mouth would be a three-step process requiring multiple extractions and two sets of braces; one juvenile, one once he stopped growing. We went to Dr. Sanchez for a second opinion. After taking x-rays and examining his mouth, she explained that she couldn't understand the logic of putting braces on a mouth that "was not done forming" and her recommendation was to extract the extra tooth and let his molars come in and let the "tooth straighten a bit." I confess, I was a little apprehensive that any straightening would occur without any kind of outside help. However, two years after the extraction, his front teeth are MUCH straighter without the added cost/pain of juvenile braces. read more

Completely unorganized and they cancel appointments constantly. One of the receptionists called to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, she asked me to reschedule to a new appointment in November. I told her no and I was no longer interested in working with them. An hour later I get a text from the office that the appointment has been booked. This is ridiculous! They don't know how to take no for an answer and then they will charge my insurance if I don't show up to that appointment! Their practice should be ashamed of themselves! First time here with my son, and I automatically feel judged! The dentist dr Luis I think was his name was trying to kick me out of the room because my son was nervous! He said to me "I don't care who you are but you're not helping so if you keep talking to him I'm going to have to send you to the lobby" I was in complete shock that the Dr was this rude!!!!! He's my son and I know how he gets when he goes to the dentist. I was just trying to get him not to be scared of Luis but now we know why my poor baby was scared of this man! One of the worst dental facilities I've ever been to in my life. Extremely unprofessional front-desk staff, if they know that you have good insurance the will rip your insurance company and your pocket. You start one procedure they quote one price; then they start tacking on other procedures without informing one if the insurance has approved it. I got a crown done and a root canal. Upon visiting two dentist, after Dr Sanchez worked on me, they asked exactly what I gotten done and one even exclaimed " What a mess, who ever did this could get sued." I had to get the work redone. When treated at Comfort Dental I had to insist on getting the crown molding redone because Dr. Sanchez didn't mold the crown correctly. Her work is sloppy and cheap.The facility is dirty, tiles lifting, leak stain in the ceiling but the reception looks so pretty for their cheap commercials it's a total setup.
