I was told I was put on a cancellation list and then didn't hear back from her until I called again in January 2023 to see if I was still on the list. Despite being incredibly flexible (I told her I was available 5 of the 7 days of the week) I still have not been able to redeem my gift certificate. Seeing as it's taken 6 months of me trying to get a massage scheduled, it's beginning to feel like a scam to not have to redeem the certificate. With so many excellent massage therapists in the area, I'd recommend trying a different business with easier scheduling and more upstanding business practices.

She was super friendly and welcoming and had a nice energy about her that made you feel very relaxed and welcome. I was checked in and given some paperwork to fill out and given a tour of the location, which included a chiropractor and massage and facial rooms as well as the quiet room to wait for your massage. I was only there for a few moments before my massage therapist came for me. Kenyea was my massage therapist and she was awesome she really got in there and worked out my knots. She had some nice techniques that were new to me and she even introduced me to the boob pillow wedge thing! Why have I not been offered one of these awesome inventions before?!? The "girls" we're a little tender this day and laying on them wasn't working so she promptly came in with two choices for me and my girls! LOVE! I will never go without again. The room was nice she used some essential oils for aroma therapy and gave me a choice depending on my needs. I really enjoyed my massage and recommend this place and Kenyea in particular to anyone looking for a good massage. She is very caring and I am a fan. I paid for an hour and was directed to a room. The room was clean and linens were fresh. Linda provided an excellent massage. Quite firm for her size. I was like oh I asked for 60 and she repeated 30min only. So I say ok can you at least really focus on my neck I slept wrong and she rushed me in to the room and said yes yes get undressed. So I say ok but then she says you pay first, I laugh and say sorry I've never been here, so I pay and quickly remove my clothes. There was only a towel no sheet or anything I lay it across my bum side ways, and she brings in the receipt to sign while I'm laying down! So I sign awkwardly, she the then turns the towel long way and proceeds to practically drill me into the bed it was so rough but I was in so much pain I thought I was being sensitive so I didn't say anything. She then started the oil massaging for literally 5min or so then put the towel back on me and started pushing her elbows into my back and shoulders for like 10 min then took the towel back off and went back at it with the oil for a little bit. (Felt like another 5min) When massaging my neck she did it over the towel and then started vigorously rubbing my ears and head with the towel as if towel drying my hair but HARD.Then she smacked my whole body and said DONE, stepped out and brought me back my receipt to leave a tip. I was taken back so I only left a $5 tip for getting me in right away but I will NOT be going back.

She literally balled up her fist and just moved it up and down my back side to side for 20 minutes. She obviously has zero training and shouldn't be doing this job. The entire "massage" was the literal square of my back, my calves and the back of my neck. Thats it. While on her phone. Then she bumped or hit my head 4-6 times with the balled fist probably because she was too busy texting. She also scratched me a few times, a couple times around my neck area which is very sensitive. Most bizarre massage ever. She also seemed very afraid to be in a room. I just don't get it. I asked for a certain person who said they would be there but I guess she left as soon as I got there. It woupd have been nice if she told me she wasn't going to be working when I got there but I let her know when I would be there. Very poor experience.
