She's always on time (and there's been three time in 2 weeks other employees were a little late opening) which is a big deal for me because I have a lot to get done before noon every day. I assumed she was the manager, but asked today and she is not. The owner should be grooming her for that job right now. She's pretty and obviously uses the tanning beds herself so she's a walking, talking advertisement and saleswoman for the store.

I chose the most popular package with the drying powder add-on so I wasn't sticky. I felt gorgeous with a very natural looking glow - not too intense for November in Iowa - and it lasted about a week. When I checked in, Yelp gave me a $5 off coupon which was unexpected. Another woman came in after me and was told there would be a 45 minute wait by the time I got done. After the employee finished cleaning beds for those who were waiting, she put me in the instant tan. When I was done and dressed, I went back out to the lobby to get checked into the red light. Both employees ignored me and stood at the registers for eight minutes.. When I finally asked the status of the red light bed, they told me it would be an 11 minute wait. I said the math didn't add up because I was told over 15 minutes ago that the wait would be 15 minutes. She told me they "had" to put someone else ahead of me. Apparently, they made a mistake. I get that happens, even though it's happened to me six times in the last seven months. My biggest issue is that they looked at me sitting there for eight minutes and didn't say a word. If there is going to be a waitlist for those that want to do multiple things, I strongly suggest employees are trained on how to run this appropriately. Otherwise, don't use a process the employees can't manage effectively.
