I brought it there and the serviceman took one look at it and said it is your jets and you need a new one. I asked them to test it like the salesman said and the guy said I have been working on these for 30 years and I know what the problem is. So I bought a new one. Took it back hooked it up and the problem was still there. So I phoned them up. The guy says of course it is your inflow plugged. So now I have a new pump that I don't need. But I don't trust them for anything anymore.

The softner has been nothing but junk and they have yet to figure it out. Have water tests done at various places throughout the years and always shows extremely hard water past the softner. So here we are stuck in a contract with them for another 5 years that we cant get out of with a system that is not working one bit. Water was tested again Wednesday and came back 21 grains hard yet again. Called them and not available so took note to call me back. Never did.. All I want is a working system.. Buyer beware!

Horrible service. I have a water softener that apparently was the reason why my water heater broke…read more They cause a leak because they over tightened a pipe. Now, I have been sitting without a water softener installed for over a month and a half- and paying for it. The fist time they didn't even send someone to fix it because of a language barrier, I assume. Then, they didn't show up for 2 appointments. Now, I have been waiting for a manager to call since Tuesday, and surprise surprise, I am still trying to get ahold of one.
