When I brought it in for repair the technician said that it was indeed a chip, that at one point had already been filled, but he said he would clean it up for me free of charge, I had no idea and I don't think alot of girls would have known this. I was advised it was not ready and had not even been started. Due to staffing., No communication prior to me calling. After the vehicle being there 30 days I felt lied too numerous times. I told them I needed the vehicle back on a certain day after them having it 2 1/2 weeks it gave them another week 1/2 to get done that I was going out of town and it still wasn't done. I was told on 4 occasions that this vehicle would be done and all I got was excuses of why it was not done. Very poor communication. Will never bring a vehicle back.
