I asked the main dude about this and all he says is "yep" and that was it. Didn't say anything about him giving me a triple price quote on PARTS AFTER HE HAD ALREADY INSPECTED AND REMOVED THE PRIOR CLUTCH. Talk about the ultimate in bait and switch. I have been looking for a reliable shop for my SxS, my quad, my Harley, my dirt bike and everything else in my life that makes living fun....sadly, I am still going to be looking after this experience. I am giving 2 stars because they actually DID some work on it, and people should get paid for work done, even if you don't agree with it, and I don't want their business to be affected by this one circumstance. Generally speaking, when I am at the store/shop, everyone is friendly and professional. On the phone, the service techs have provided what I perceive to be good advice. So, it's not that the facility isn't nice, or the staff isn't friendly. It is, and they are. I *want* to like them, but in person - they just seem to fall short. As these guys do have the reputation for being a solid business (maybe based on sales and not service?) I will continue to use them when necessary. They just need better follow-through.
