Normally, I use Yelp to write restaurant reviews and I tend to shy away from small business reviews. However, I felt that P-Vapes deserved a complimentary write-up! I quit smoking cigarettes two years ago and marched into Perfection the week of my birthday. Thanks in large part to their customer service, friendliness factor and their product knowledge, I've never found it necessary to shop anywhere else for my e-cigarette juice and accessories. Admittedly, I don't know what the competition is like (vape stores have been springing up in Buffalo like wild mushrooms), but I don't care either. Their store is clean, there's a luxurious quality to the decor that gives it more of an upscale boutique feel than a brick and mortar mom-and-pop (they have plush leather couches, a fish tank, and if memory serves, a fooseball table), and again, they have a great staff. Most of the guys there have been there since my first visit two years ago. They are prompt, friendly and helpful. Their juice prices are reasonable (there are volume discounts at 50 and 100 milliliters), the flavors they have are terrific (Root Beer Float is a new recent favorite) and they sell durable products. Some companies just give me a warm, fuzzy feeling when I shop with them because I know what to expect from the experience and I've come to depend on that with Perfection. They do a great job. Period. I won't get into the whole argument about why vaping is healthier than cigaretttes, but I certainly feel a lot better since I switched and I save a lot of money compared to what I used to spend. I'm in town for my Thanksgiving vacation and searched for some vape shops in the general area within a 10 mile radius, I have been to a couple of shops just to check out the vape scene and see what they have to offer. The vape scene in this part of the country isn't as big as it is on the entire west coast, but its slowly growing and its a good thing in my opinion, I decided to check out Perfection Vapes on 5860 Transit Rd to see what they have to offer, friendly and openly staff the minute I walked in, the produce their own juices(70/30 blends) which I think is perfect for us who uses RDA's, I was kinda skeptical on just buying their juices since they didn't have all of the samples for all of the juices they produce and I had to go by verbal descriptions on what it tastes, in my honest opinion, they should at least have 10 ml bottles for testers on their flavors for us RDA users. I ended up getting a few three flavors, one was tested from an employee's RDA, the other from what looks like a Vivi nova tank, and the third was a blind shoot without any samples, the juices are great but I'm one who doesn't want to buy something without testing it, it's like buying a new car without a test drive. read more

Wouldn't sell me what I wanted, he tried to upsell me on $100 product when I only wanted to to buy something that was no more than $30.00, then when I told him that I did not want his so-called hundred-dollar dollar item, he got really upset and wouldn't sell me my piece of garbage (his words). You could tell the kid had no clue what he was talking about, I'm from down south and any where I go they are more than happy to take my business, whether I'm purchasing something that is $5 or $50. read more

I originally started vaping here several years ago so I will always have some deal of respect for this place for helping me kick the habit of smoking and still frequent from time to Time I work at another vape shop in the area so my need to go to others shops isn't necessary but I like to switch things up and will visit other local shops for some different house juice. Very very nice place. That being said, maybe a little less on fish tanks and a little more on quality products. Some of the worst brands I have ever seen. Horrendous selection, horrible kits, very few rebuildables. Way more concerned with lounge look than products for real vapers. As most stores are, prices are obscene. Juice is back room junk, mixed with over bearing amounts of fine Chinese flavoring to mask the garbage chemicals used to make their juice. Another store that insists on not carrying high quality, U S made juice because it costs more than the 30 cents it cost them to make their own. Bogus "deals" on juice that make you think you are walking away with a deal. I have been vaping a while. Do yourself a favor, spend a few more bucks to get juice that's quality. Pass this store bye.
