But Vanessa did, it was almost like she looked at my face structure, hair color, skin color and then just set to. Well, I needn't of worried, my brows are exactly as I wanted them !! Yet better than I could have imagined. They're fabulous and I get to walk around with them now! Over the years, the quality has declined. Many of the top artists have left, and lash sets often…read moredon't last more than two weeks, which isn't worth the price. I switched to another artist, and retention has been much better. Additionally, the salon doesn't keep track of lash styles per client, so if your usual artist isn't available, the replacement may use different curls or styles that aren't preferred. That said, it's still a beautiful salon.

I understand this can be part of threading, but it should be communicated and done gently since the eye area is sensitive. I even mentioned discomfort at the time.
