Disappointed in this. I don't dislike them and infact really like the people, but there seems to be some kind of disconnect between the ladies answering phones, owner, and applicator. He assured me he would return to finish work he had omitted, specifically pruning about 30 plants that were left unaddressed. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of paying him upfront before inspecting the work. After I contacted him, he apologized and promised to come back, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, he never returned. My advice: either don't use him or, if you do, never pay until the work is 100% complete. Unfortunately, this one was on me.
