The office and Drs...top notch! The MRI Dept, namely Lori, HORRIBLE! Their machine goes down and somehow it is our problem. She came out with an attitude saying it was a problem scheduling us elsewhere bc the scan was a long one and we needed to be understanding. But they didn't want to be understanding that it took us 3 weeks to get scheduled, carefully orchestrated Drs appt to coincide, took a day off work, and are in pain. It basically took throwing a tantrum for her to find us a place to go to. Will drive to another location for sure! read more

Very poor communication. I wasted a lot of time dealing with things that were someone else's job. This provider extended my workers comp claim by 4 weeks due to no/poor communication. I should not have to call and have my medical request sent for approval. Definitely do not recommend... read more

I tore my rotator cuff and did my rehab at Ortho Cincy. I primarily did my physical therapy with two guys Danny and Alex. They both are so personable as they really work on getting to know their patients. My shoulder is getting better each and every week. After getting pre-approval on a procedure, a year later, OrthoCincy sent me a bill for this PREAPPROVED procedure then, then sent me to collections. They are unorganized, incompetent, and won't even return a phone call to me. My credit is perfect, OrthoCincy is unprofessional & wreckless! After a fall tripping on a toddler toy with wheels, I arrived at Ortho Cincy Urgent Care, which is within the same building as the surgeons and physical therapy department for Ortho Cincy; its a great center of ortho-care! A physician recommended an excellent sports orthopedic surgeon there, Dr. Brandon Kohrs. He's certainly a professional, personable, confident, and finely-skilled surgeon! My surgery went very well for my shoulder, with very good feedback from the physical therapy (PT) team with my regular visits.With Kendra, Cassie and Pilar, on the PT team, they brought my arm back to life, slowly but steadily! My visits at Ortho Cincy with Dr Kohrs for follow up. have been met with excellent progress so far after just 3 months! I highly recommend Ortho Cincy's entire team of caregivers. The front desk is amazing with friendly and efficient help. It's a superbly clean facility. The front door-attendant lady helps so many people and I wish I knew her name. if I could leave 0 stars I would. Went to Ortho Cincy because of severe groin pain. Ask for Dr Hummel but you have to see his PA.Ok she told me after doing X-rays I should get an injection. I did. Month later went back the injection didn't help. The PA said she thinks it's my back, although I disagreed I went ahead and did an MRI on my back. Went back and another PA he said it wasn't my back. He then ask me to get an MRI on my hip. I did . I did it on a Friday and he said he would call me. Fast forward still in pain Wednesday I called an the lady informed me they would call. Fast forward Thursday still in a lot of pain I called them. The lady assured me mthey would call at my wits end I called Friday she very loudly told me Ms Jones I promise you they will call. lol today is Sunday 9 painf days NO CALL. Im gonna get my records and go somewhere that they keep their word. Now if by chance someone died and that's why no one called ,I will apologize. I honestly think they just don't care. I had a good experience at this doctors office. From the time I signed in, I was moved very quickly through the process of getting x-rays and answering health questions before the doctor came in, so I didn't have to just sit and wait for forever. Dr. Metzler was very professional and thorough in diagnosing my knee issues and spoke to me like I'm an intelligent person. Overall, I would recommend this office and Dr. Metzler to anyone having orthopedic issues. read more
