Most people I have to understand that mechanics machinist, and technicians pick and choose their customers as they are always busy and it's extremely difficult to find proper employees that want to work and have actually been trained properly. I called the salesman I bought it from & he transferred me to the service dept & I spoke to the manager. I was in Hamilton at the center mall & they are in Grimsby, he basically said, we close in 15 minutes, I said I haven't even gone 1500 kms yet & now it wont start. He said, what do you want me to do, you can have it towed here if you want. I asked if they had a tow truck & the manager stated I would have to get it towed at my own expense & they couldn't look at it till Monday. He gave me a number for a tow company & they said I had a 3 hr wait & the tow truck would have to come from St Kits plus I would have to pay the for the tow & the mileage...I was upset as it appeared they didn't really care & they wouldn't do anything to help me ... It seems that all they cared about was getting my money ... I would NOT recommend anyone buying anything from WILLS Chevrolet Buick GMC. I had to get it towed to another repair shop & it turned out to be the starter, which cost me $538.00 plus 80 dollars for the tow. I was not impressed. Drove the hour there to be told the engine had blown up while they "were moving it" while I was driving the hour in traffic to get there.... then I was offered an "upsell". Wow!!! I just picked up my car from the repair shop. This was the first repair I needed in my life…read more(and unfortunately on my brand new car) so I wasn't sure what the end product would look like. However, Gerber did not disappoint!!! Everything looked brand new again. When I picked it up, the car was super clean on the inside and out. I am super impressed with the detail and care to bring my car back to new. Service was great. I was informed constantly about when my car was going to be expected, and the receptionist would leave a message if I did not pick up. I guess the only downside was that my car was in the shop for 1 month instead of an expected 1 week, but as long as they took care of it, I was satisfied. The location is also right in the same lot as Enterprise so it made renting a car and drop off easy and quick. Thanks again Gerber!

I had a fender bender, so the car was driveable, and I had limited availability when it originally happened. I was able to get it in the dates I needed and they originally told me a week, but it was done in 3 days! They called with updates, worked directly with the insurance so I didn't have to and made the whole process simple. Even though the location wasn't as convenient as others, I am glad I decided to use them.
