First time writing a review, but after my third experiences I felt it was time to share my many experiences. I privately own a Dodge Ram truck and one for my business. I had some stressful experiences with some South Jersey dealerships in the past 25 years. Over the course of 6 years, I have been purchasing and dealing with Performances Dodge in Woodbury, New Jersey. I am always leery at first doing business with any car dealership, but, if you are seriously considering buying a Dodge Product this is truly the place to go. Every one of my experiences to date have been first rate and very professional from start to finish. Over the course of time, I've dealt with a couple of different sales reps and service department reps. Each purchase I've made from start to finish has been professional, informative and the right price. Their service department turn around time and workmanship cannot be measured. I had been to many other dealerships and had nothing but bad experience, Not Performance Dodge Ram.They have a staff that wants to make you happy and satisfied with your vehicle purchase. The truck I bought didn't have one of the options I thought it had. They went out of their way to make sure it was added to my vehicle.They have an outstanding staff to take good care of you, from the salesman to the sales and financing manager to the customer relations manager on up to the general manager. From the moment i walked into the door i was lied to about everything they said they would do with my older lease and buying out my contract and delivering my car back to the nissan dealer. After confronting them about how they screwed me i was walking away and one of the other salesman was yelling things at me like come here and say it to my face trying to get me to come fight him! very unprofessional and i will Never buy or tell anyone to buy from them again! read more

Never knew purchasing a car could be this easy... I saw a new truck on the Performance Dodge website, set up an appointment, test drove the vehicle and bought it! The price never changed from the fist time I viewed it on the website. All discounts and rebates that were on the site were applied to my purchase. Stay far far away from this place! The staff and management is garbage! any positive review you will find on the internet is written by sales staff not by satisfied customers.
